PicRealty is the company that pays mortgage payments. The 10% for the PicRealty program can be paid from PicPay.

The solution offered here is not one that is meant to encourage "brokers" to-be in manifesting this incredible opportunity as a booming market and certainly, not to invite legal debate and controversy from local authorities and legislatures that will view this as another way out by PIPS or anything to do with PI Inc in undermining the current mortgage arrangements which serves each and every different location, city or country.

Once the first "project" is paid off (by 18 months or thereabout), and the next home is and can be proven for personal accomodation, it can qualify for a new application.

This was raised to Bryan and it was a solution, to meet the genuine applicants that could be helped by this unique alternative while the same time, it is an opening (though it won't be allowed to) for those with ambitious plans in having multiple applications only to lease out for more profits... that is the curb intended behind the re-application based on a case after case situation.

This is for Westcliff :) ...as I believe, tbenteley did, anyway, the first question is known, Yes, with PicPay of course but on the second q'n, yes also....on the condition that your first mortgage is completed and owned by you and until you can prove that you are no longer the owner resulting from a resale and being completed at that, can you then submit a new mortgage for application.

Pretty simple situation really. Happy hunting ...for yr next home and goodluck too! :D
