when the withdrawls first got slow, i jumped up and down, thought id been robbed and wanted to kill someone (bryan, or even the phone staff). I screamed at people down the phone, and when that didnt help, i started looking for other alternatives.

after losing some money and many hours of my time, i have decided...
a) bryan is for real
b)so is plexpay
c) so is the dinar currency idea (www.freedinar.com)
d) talkgold and other "HYIP" forums are pretty much all BS.
e) i still refuse to do ANYTHING MLM. it makes me sick.
f)there is one thread runing through all the other "HYIP's" that i like however - E-gold.

couldnt PIPS pay out in that currency, and recieve payments in it as well??

that would be an obvious solution that WOULD have kept us up and running, rather than the PICPAY nightmare.

there are (goldage, the bullion exchange, electrum, cashcards, friendlypay, etc) so many ways to get money in and out of e-gold, and its security is FANTASTIC, ant is free from any red tape and legal issues, as well as being REAL MONEY which USD isnt.

if PIPS had ran on e-gold rather that PRICKPAY we would all have had no trouble, since E-gold had been tried and proven for years. therefore, i wouldnt have wanted to kill anybody, nor wasted time and money with several so-called "HYIP's" that ARE the ponzi that they all accuse PIPS of being!!

just like the governments to atttack PIPS and PLEXPAY, the two REAL PROGRAMS THAT PAY WELL( FXIG and feederfund are ok but slow, have been left alone) and leave the actual scams alone!!

Good luck Bryan, and we'll all expect to see you up and running in 3 months time or so!!

Bryan got burned with egold and wont touch that or ebullion.This week alone egold accounts have been hacked.
Although I like the system personally I am not sure I would risk millions of members funds with these processors.

Bryans bank would be the best bet,who knows if it will ever happen though?

lets make a bet, I bet $150 e-gold PIPS wont come back by February.

Since i cant open peoples eyes here to see what its obvious, well i will try a different approach. Lets bet, instead of fighting....

Finally got through to Negara

Mr. Abbu Hassan, (Director of corporate communications) passed me to Mrs. Lee Bohfong (Lead investigator of PIPS case).

Mrs Lee Bohfong confirmed: There where NO court proceedings of ANY type concerning pips (this includes labour dispute) on November 17th or anytime since the shutdown of pips websites.

Bank Negara was unable to answer any of the questions pooled from this forum. Except for one:

Question: I am aware that Negara cannot outright say PIPS is a scam, however is there anything I can inform the others? Because there are many that still do not believe it is illegal and are still trying to setup accounts and provide support.

Answer: On our website it says that we are investigating pips. We would not be investigating this company if we did not believe it was a scam.

garthstar, I need to give you alittle bit of history in order for you to understand why Bryan closed his e-gold account in early 2004 and decided to open picpay his own processor instead!

We have been using E-gold in the past but when somebody hacked Bryan's account and stole $100,000 in August 2003 and another $50,000 2 months later, Bryan asked e-gold for help to recover the funds...They refused completely and in fact he got taken a third time a few months later!

On Top of thathe was being frustrated in that there was no e-gold exchange that could meet his requirements to exchange approx $2M to $5M per month into his account in order to pay members... and so members payments were getting delayed by weeks while the e-gold exchanger was looking all over for the e-gold...

During that same time he was having major issues with both stormpay and e-bullion!

In the end he realised when pips was launching that his payments out was going to go through the roof and he could not rely on any outside processor and that he would have to create his own!

That is the reason that in mid 2004 he created picpay...

That is also the reason that Bryan will NEVER NEVER go back to e-gold!

this is what it says about pips on the bnm website:

"This is to inform that Bank Negara Malaysia, the Central Bank of Malaysia, has received a number of inquiries regarding Pure Investor.Com Inc and its related companies.
Bank Negara Malaysia is working closely with the relevant authorities and is in the midst of investigating PureInvestor.com, Inc. and related companies."

no mention of working with Bryan.
it's a pity Bryan chooses to keep us all in the dark.

This is something that I have asked about too!

Gary had a bee in his bonnet about security issues with e-gold. He even told me that he didn't know why I was suggesting the change because I had had problems with it in the past, which was news to me!

I do not know whether this change from e-gold was directed by Bryan, or recommended to Bryan by Gary. But for my money it is certainly a very effective, secure and speedy way of transferring funds.

I am completely in favour of it!

Hi guys I wish to seek help for the people of India. I have been working as an itinarant Missionary among the Telugu people of Tenali AP. This district is amongest the poorest in India, with so many people still living in shackles as their only homes. It is with this back ground that I wish to encourage people to give to this cause.

One of my encouragiment the few christians there was to put there faith in Action by loving those of other religous faiths. By so doing people will see the goodness and the Love of Christ in them and will turn to Christianity. This is a challenge christians have in most parts of India. I believe that Christianity is Action oriented through Love. Other than this challenge, there is great need to help. Some of the immediety needs are a 1. Wheelchair, 2. Food and blankets for the ophaned children 3. Shelter/home for ophans.
