Sorry, I'm not the spokesman to answer this question.
Are you one of pooled funds members? Which pool you joined? Where did the fund go after collected? Still sitting in Picpay, waiting for 3% program launch? Or ...

[B] Those who understood my intentions in asking the question I asked, I thank you.
The thing is, the only time I heard Bryan mention the pools was when he announced that they were closing a couple of days before the Official PIPS Forum closed.
Even before the mess with BN... there was a new PIPS website launched with a back office and everything, but no mention from Bryan of the refunds or an acknowledgement that there were monies owed to the groups who pooled funds.
Meanwhile, Gary (the guy who encouraged the pools the whole time) kept promising that the DBR refund was coming. When the 5 year Program folks got their refund, Gary then said that we were next. When Gary left PIPS (a few days after telling us the rumours of him leaving were false), that was it... absolutely no info on the refunds, or word that the monies are still in place.
That's why I asked if Bryan was aware... or was this whole thing handled by Gary and Gary alone without Bryan's involvement or knowledge? No one seems to have an answer... or if they do, they aren't saying anything.
I invested a couple thousand dollars of non-Picpay/PIPS money. It isn't about being irresponsible or using our rent or grocery money for investing. Really, no one likes to get ripped off, so when money dissappears or when fishy things are going on I don't think it's wrong to ask questions.

DBR refunds
I wasn't in a DBR, but have a suggestion. Apparently Gary is surfacing with another program somewhere on the net. Why don't you do some scouting and when you find him ask him about that?. If he was the one handling it, he should be the the one faced with the question. I frankly have stayed away from all the scuttle-butt re: Gary and Warren, etc. but thought this might be the sensible way to approach it.
