Well the 17 November seems significant. ;0)

Hey Adster - way to go! A few weeks isn't that long, especially when it's going to be good news.

I like your November 17th date - that would be about the BEST birthday present I could ever receive!

C'mon people, Bryan has posted twice in a very short time & each time has stated that he can NOT comment anymore at the time - give the man a break already!!!! I'm grateful that he's corresponded as much as he has, given the circumstances, and I'm still completely behind him & WILL STAND WITH HIM FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES - SO THERE!!!!

Thank you Bryan, for your Herculean efforts, even in the face of such nit-picking remarks to you from PIPSters, no less! God Bless you & Sharon - you are simply GREAT people!

Many happy returns for 3 weeks time, lol.

IMO this date tallies with the date the Trolls are saying is the Court date for when it'll all happen, ie jail for Bryan, which of course is a load of old bo**ocks, excuse my French.

My own thoughts are Bryan knows they have nothing on him and that date, 17 November, or shortly after, he will get the all clear and we'll be back, better, bigger and stronger than ever in a new restructure that he has already devised.

I could be wrong, but just got a feeling about it, especially after reading his post of a few more weeks to go until good news.

I hope there comes a day when they track down Gary to inquire where those funds went. Did he get the money for his new program from his own --ps investment or did he take money like DBR's and put it in his own personal account, knowing full well that pooled funds weren't legal?
Who knows, we could speculate all day long, but it won't do us any good right now.

I'll wait for Bryan to get things going again and hopefully some things will begin to come forward. Good luck to all, especially Bryan and Sharon.

We'll never know. All I know is Gary's son got ripped to shreds on TG for slagging Bryan off and defending his dad. He didn't last too long on there......

Don't bother asking Gary ask Bryan.Also ask Byran where all the gold went that was suppose to be in Australia.Bryan ran the show 100% he's the only one that knows where the money is or isn't

I don't think you're seeing WHERE money can disappear. Why pay a huge staff and a MANAGER for nothing? No, they had their jobs. Jobs that did allow for fuzzy math in calculations and member withdrawals.

If one wished to steal some from the bottom somewhere, it would have to be in an area where there were already some problems, like with the 3% pools and getting those put back into member accounts. This was Gary's job. But he would need help from somone on the staff to carry it out, as they controlled most of the member account transactions coming and going from PicPay. Thats where any returned funds would have gone.

He would first need to get a withdrawal going that seemed to be from a member to cover the missing funds from the bank account where the funds would be drawn from. It just wouldn't be traced back to that member's account because it was either a fraudulent one, problematic as in many errors or one that had had many withdrawals listed(purchases and such) that were to be erased and replaced. With all the problems being faced at the time of the merchants being stopped and the merchant orders being put back in. But by the time a staff member got to checking that eventual account for that one withdrawal proof, it would have been long gone and cashed. If this was done repeatedly and some other staff members were seeing funny looking numbers in members accounts that didn't add up with actual withdrawals in their records, they would have expressed their worries to their staff leader and or Bryan as soon as possible.

But with his traveling and worries over getting a bank that would send out the funds for him, they probably rarely saw him but for a few minutes at a time. And Gary probably assurred them he would handle it.

Not saying that this is what happened. but just showing a possible scenario as to how the rippoffs could happen. Easily where there are thousands of transactions and account activity to mess with and fraud already occurring.
