With regards to "Pooled Funds", they were never approved or agreed to by Bryan. In fact in Las Vegas, Bryan stated that they would not be allowed. I would like someone to point me in the direction that approved these groups to be formed. As sad as it is, the only person who ever came into the forum from within the PIPS management to say anything about this was Gary Nichols...BRYAN 'NEVER' APPROVED the Grouping for the 3% program. If you sent funds to any of these 3% groups, I would suggest that you contact the person who started the fund to begin with. The 3% program when members first began grouping we repeativity "BEGGED" by many of us 'NOT' to open up, quite a few of us sent PM's and Emails to those who were starting them asking them not to open them up. This all fell on deaf ears, and now, just as we predicted, members are here "raging" their anger at Bryan, who in the first place never approved the groupings to begin with. Everyone forgot the old saying "IF IT DOESN'T COME FROM ME IT ISN'T SO!".

Ok fair enough. Then it is also fair to say that Bryan should have obviously saw the LARGE deposits(obviously pooled funds would be larger than normal) and investigated where they were coming from and then simply REJECT them. But guess what? He didnt....hmmmmm

In any event, its a right mess and fines were dished out for those who were only trying to help the little guy.

Had the picpay button been re-instated on the DBRS account, all those who paid by picpay would have been refunded.As for permission, I believe this was discussed and agreed with Gary.
