I would just like to clear a point with members since the troll grey has dirtied this forum with nonsense!

FACT:
The bank of Negara is the Central Bank of Malaysia...This means they are a Malaysian Government body and they oversee all financial matters, regulate all banks and financial institutions etcc in the country!
Yes they do have the power to freeze and unfreeze any bank account in any bank in Malaysia, while an investigation is taking place.
They are the equivalent to the Federal Reserve in the US, the Bank of England in the UK and the Central Banks of any other European, Asian, American, or African country.

Central banks are not investment banks or merchant banks and do not HAVE ANY PRIVATE CLIENTS ACCOUNTS.

So please understand that PIPS/PICPAY does not and has NEVER had an account with them.

The claim that pipcpay has only got $106k in the Bank of Negara is therefore totally false and unfounded!

After the investigation is complete, they will decide whether to unfreeze any bank accounts in Malaysia, Bryan's credit cards, etcc, and even more important... whether to allow pips/picpay to continue trading or to restructure etcc etcc.

Please do not let TG members fool you about this. Bryan says we will get our funds... and we will.
As a pioneer of July 2002, I can vouch that Bryan does not say anything lightly!

As spongebob indicates the powers of the CBM is just that, an intermediary facility that can freeze trading acc's etc but only while under investigation and must under international banking laws,remove such restrictions if no charges are layed within a certain timeframe.
Those that joined Pips to increase their fiancial options in this life took a risk based on the History of the system and the CEO BM now for us to realise the benefits of this risk we must remain resolute in our conviction of belief from which we first gave birth to this opportunity.
Right now all members need to give positive support in both mind and body.

So I understand that our pips accounts have always been earning what ever % they where set at before severs went down just because we can't see them does not mean they are still not working behind the scenes,
So Bryan will inform us when he is ready to what is what.

The main combatants at TG, namely notjo, prophet, kpuddle, dirty_birdie and a host of others, have since day "one" tried every misinformed trick in the book to paint a "scam" picture of PIPS and to somehow get Bryan into jail. DO NOT BE FOOLED......these people have an insane agenda and will stop at nothing to fuel their insane obsessions.

The last thing that ANY at TG want to see is PIPS members getting paid!!

Some of us troll in and out of TG from time to time just to see how unstable they are getting. The bottom line is that we MUST keep them out of here. We have in here a stable and friendly environment and TG would like nothing better than to turn us against each other.
