It is encouraging indeed when anyone involved considers what is potentially out there waiting for the right claimants to help him/themselves towards it and working as a group, makes it alot more worthwhile while at it but it can be a let down when its taken for granted by some without the least acknowledgement expressed or shown.

It happened too with the 1st attempt and those that finally had the will, the tenacity, the consideration and the gratitude shown... they were the ones that made it through eventually. Coz they think and felt similarly with each other working on the cause... those that doesn't, soon fell out and I can see that happening again, its nothing to be discouraged or be concerned about, its only a matter of time on WHEN and with whom that will affect those, like karma it is as always.

The success will occur with those staying to the last mile... I am just being instrumental to help guide and piece it while helping you out and hope to see you make it through, a happy Claimant on your monies, someday too.

Almost all who are listed have provided the necessary minimal details needed and I'm very satisfied with it.
There are still just a handful that had no telephone provided or just a landline but a mobile (cellphone) is very much suitable when 11th hour responses that are urgent comes in handy with SMS (text messaging) being sent out. These are for later uses if and when needed, it is not something to expect but when we need your immediate response or reply to act on something, and U R far away or hours to days from yr PC.. the cellphone is the crucial one to save you actually, not the landline. Anyway, not to worry.

There is still time.

I'm posting through my smartphone unfortunately, as my lappy is suddenly in need of a thorough service yesterday (according to the PC chap) who had to take it in and it won't be ready till coming Tuesday... I hope.

Its awful to type from a small thingy despite it having the Swipe feature...

Its end of the month for those living down under and almost August for Europe and still a few hours more to go for the American continent.

I will be monitoring with my phone but will be emailing soon from Tuesday to all listed claimants, that is when we start, by email exchange for all involved.

I'm back everyone, lappy is given a clean bill of health and to ALL who are listed, excluding the bolded RED names, email will be heading your way on how we move on further.

Like it went with the 1st Attempt Refund Claim, all that is pursued and discussed during the entire process... is done via email exchange.

There are NO DISCLOSURES here on this forum thread pertaining to the process or related strategy undertaken by any TPC individual.

YB will be the one revealing any subtle information there is to add in this but not you.

You will know just why and the reasons to support in maintaining the privileged privacy you deserve in upholding... as it is all about your attempts and your goals to claim your monies.

If anyone thinks its all about show and sharing with every Tom, Dick or Harry out there who actually has no business to know how much your claim is etc... then you will stay on and respect the rest as well in maintaining this Next Attempt for your very own pursuit... with a collective effort and in consideration for others being on board with you and vice versa...


Give me another 36 hours.... There are late, VERY late requests just in again.

To ALL TPCs currently listed

My recent & sudden need to have my laptop serviced was due to a suspected technical fallout and related inconsistencies and potentially a host of other minor glitches which rendered the suspicious performance.

This resulted with a clean bill of health but it also revealed the causes that led to it , one being the partial loss of data I was still working on, meaning it wasn't complete as needed, but there were double back-ups (on completed & initial information received to have you listed).

This 3-fold process does involve some careful and methodical filing and the one area that was partially "lost" is not on the main back up folder but from the intermediate line up of the information already filed as received which needs further filing after a full input of the data you had submitted.

Due to this, I have now to first work through 60% of this process. This led yet again, some discoveries of submitted requests that I have to double-check again and upon doing so, found some usernames that are NOT registered with ROLClub Membership.

This is EXTRA work and it needs to be thorough here. You will see there are changes again in the listing.

Once this is over, I will have the complete "accepted Claimant List" whereby the first email will be sent out addressing to all of you on how we are moving forward.

Please bear with me with your patience. I hope to email to all involved by coming Monday if not earlier.

In times of trouble, when the hill becomes harder to climb and road is full of turns and bumps.. I am often reminded of the childrens tale between the Tortoise & the Hare.. and I must be the Tortoise (like some of us are being now). Trying to take the "quick" way does not always provide results.. Slow and steady with firm footing proves to be a good way to stay in the race. We all have come this far, and for this long we have stayed in the running. While some of us lost big in the beginning, there is nothing to lose now. Hang in there.... I have faith in Y.B.
