Thread: Rolclub New attempt to assist claim on your PIPS $$$.

I was just reading through again to see what has transpired since early May and I found this post by "bgsretired" compelling and my answer to his is equally clear to allow or prepare anyone wishing to take up this next opportunity.

So far, we have 171 listed and a dozen more "On Hold" due to their later than late 11th hour request submitted at a later stage. I will have the core TPCs be given their full voting right through a consensus held at a later stage, to approve or reject those who are "On Hold", based on the attempts shown with their email response(s). I won't recommend nor suggest approval or denial, I will leave the final decision to the TPC group on this.

We are progressing forward much sooner and smoother than when it was with the first attempt however, no strategy was revealed nor came anywhere close to being ascertain mainly for the fact that being listed as a TPC on the Claimant List doesn't mean, one is proven to be seriously part of the core group that will embark like a family, heading for one goal only, in full and committed pursuit on the Next Attempt to claim the refund of one's monies still out there.

The strategy will only be made known after a Poll is undertaken to determine WHO is truly prepared and equally determined to stay with the rest that will go the extra mile and in accepting the hurdles before them which will face each individual ex-Pipster in accepting the challenge that is about to face their coming pursuit.
There are more requests streaming in and I cannot stop you if you so wish to submit yours despite the fact that it is now closed but, I will still receive and confirm their effort with a reply and setting them aside on an On Hold List under consideration for approval / rejection at a later date.

This extra delay and belated submission is a separate task I can accommodate and handle.... but this opportunity is still and only made available for those who think, they were left out for a range of reasons and there is now a chance to come back onto it and I suggest, adhering a serious compliance to a simple set of instructions will later decide if you get approved.

One main condition I wish to underline is, you have to be a registered ROLClub member before May 2011.

I'm not accepting new names, old faces but who NEVER ever wished to be a ROLClub member and now thinking, with this opportunity, register in and become one just for the sake of qualifying on that one criteria... NO WAY for those who were NOT RC Members any earlier but only now began to register soon after the May 2011 Launch.

1- They did by heeding & adhering to what I had done for securing their status seriously and that is to abide what I instructed them to do all the way of the process.
2- Abide my instructions, guidance and stick as a family team. Initial correspondence remains channeled with & through YogiBrood, for this is inevitable on this tricky new & unprecedented strategy trip.
3- Refund was close to 85% after a good deal & uncompromising bargaining involving Public Prosecutor and through our selected Solicitor Team.
4- The identities remains a closed & privileged status held and wished to be held by those involved, from the rest... it is after all, their right and no one needs to know more nor should bother to insist the disclosure. If found necessary, those Claimants were informed of their liberty to do so despite the knowledge that they owe no one any obligation to come out and release the experience they went through, ROLCLub respects their right and it can be assumed, they are VERY satisfied with this outcome.
5- As far as Malaysia is concerned and under the charges he was imprisoned for, NO. Unless he repeats it all over again within Malaysia.

The one word that comes to mind is hopeful!! I want to thank YB for everything that he is doing!!
I was one of those that read all the posts and would log out. I don't navigate around the computer that well.
But, to let people know that you want to be part of something worth fighting for,
this is the time to get on board and let them know by putting it in writing!

Thank you Penny. Like you, it is my appreciation that you voice your perception with a positive approach and there is still a chance & HOPE to still give it a shot at it despite the submission for request was closed just end of last month, which was July.

Like Penny, she too is placed "on Hold" and quite justifiably with many more which I will later release on every request (that was done properly and proven genuine desire to be considered) received to the next group of tentative claimants who are now submitting their Poll Vote, currently ongoing till end of this week.

I can only add when you (for those who think that by getting easily considered, all it takes is do what one thinks is more than adequate but in practice.... isn't truly bothered at all), gave clear signs of submission flaws and indifference shown that can be viewed or recognized as with that of, "oh what the heck" or "what gives" etc.... well, I leave the TPCs to decide your attitude if they think you are truly worth having on board to join them in their pursuit. For THEY will decide at a later stage and those who are allowed to join and those who don't, will both be informed by me through email. Those who were removed and who voluntarily decided not to go through it, they were already informed and confirmation carried out.

Abide the simple instruction in Post#1 & #2 correctly and you stand a better chance to be judged by your merit in correctly submitting your request. There will be no correspondence to those who flaw ridiculously and usually from complete ignorance and with no sense nor care to respect recommended instructions which are clearly visible as stipulated. Those who does, will receive confirmation that they are on the "On Hold" status list from YogiBrood.

Its a choice you make & take and life simply goes on further I shall add, in updating this thread post.

Aug 22nd - Poll-Vote

On this date through Aug 28th, a Poll-Vote is currently underway for the current TPCs to decide and confirm whether they will stay through with the pursuit & process of the Next Attempt. From these claimants, will they then form as the core pursuit group in cooperating & participating together and/or on behalf of the remaining claimants, albeit directly or indirectly with the strategy, borne out from this next attempt. They will also decide through a consensus, to be held later before the year 2011 ends selecting, approving or rejecting those late submissions to join the group.

This will take some time at a later stage after the strategy has been discussed and implemented for the smooth, gradual process. For those who think they would still like to submit for consideration, you may and it is very much recommended to heed the request procedure you will find in Post #1 and #2. Incomplete details and/or submitting with flaws will end your chances for consideration. If you can't follow or adhere in abiding simple instructions, you certainly cannot be taken for serious to join these determined group as they will judge your submissions as received.

YogiBrood will not be responsible for your acceptance or rejection by the new TPC core group, but he will be your first submission as threshhold stage to receive your qualifying requests as is expected of you. You have to be a registered ROLClub member before 01st May 2011 for your request to be considered.

A new group of TPCs are formed resulting from the Poll-Vote held for the then listed Claimants. We now have a core group who are determined to pursue further and may they too someday see their monies lighted up at the end of the next tunnel. We succeeded with the 1st group totaling 18 Claimants from 23 accounts combined.

We have now more than 60 TPCs after a spate of measures taken and we may also see more accepted at a later stage. Their acceptance will be reflected at how well they prove themselves worthy and deserving to be with the new core group of claimants and to achieve this on a positive and optimistic outlook, I recommend the clear presence of being interactive on this forum as well as clearly being adherent with guided instructions recommended when needed to do so. Making or adding avoidable silly flaws and incomplete details by a new request will not be appreciated by YogiBrood.
