That is indeed a good question raised and applies to many thousands affected by this once popular practice among all of you.

Yes, this is not really a tricky or complicated issue to address and it has been considered & discussed often since the Marsdens were apprehended.

It is clearly inevitable as inadmissible for proof and can be a double-fold situation 2B honest about this dilemma for many involved with such a transaction regarded as ... "in lieu of" and was viewed as "converted cash" for an abstract sum. The drawback here is when BM and his Ponzi scheme were later concluded & deemed as charged by the Malaysian Authorities as such and everything related to it as of then, has no legal merit for justification nor credibility bonded or associated to the transaction which you went through albeit with an individual or as a group.

With the proof you and others still retain, in any civil court case, the judicial argument remains with YOU and the immediate recipient that received your money.

That is how the Law will view it. Whether that person(s) or business entity, whether it is or was a registered company or not, your monies ended with them and if they are NOT licensed to undertake such a regulated Monetary exchange, even on your behalf on grounds as a middle man, you have a case against THEM to start with. You have the proof with you for that score at them separately and they in turn, need to decide to go after Bryan Marsden for their part. If they don't for whatever form, shape or magnitude.... it is the risk they face or shudder should you proceed against them for your own personal loss and interest resulting from it.

In the first attempt Claim, there were some who were in such a position and they felt "responsible" for their part too so, when they received their Refund eventually, it was left to them to disburse as best as they can among those they helped convert received cash with their amassed PicPay monies but that is a separate issue where our earlier efforts does not get mixed up with nor be involved at any rate.

At least those TPCs (in the 1st Refund Attempt) concerned had the "conscience" to do all they can to settle and refund back personally with their group of duped friends, family members etc.

This is when I meant earlier with what I posted and reminded at all those receiving the default replies upon their submitted requests received, stay "INTERACTIVE" for then, will you know whats taking place and responding like a forum-er is expected to otherwise, don't sign up with forums AT ALL!!!

Hence, if you think its the way to go in visiting once every few zillion months to look up, it will be TOO LATE by then esp. when you are onto something that needs looking up regularly and staying close with developments if not, that's complacency on your part and as for those person/s concerned, they will soon bite their own butts or kick it mad at their own good time after July 31st when they discover, they are OUT OF THE PICTURE for good!!! The THANKS button is a way to gauge if those who are registered, can or will log in or just couldn't because, they are unable to do so but will still try to have a piece of the cake by risking the chance that YB will not check up, they will be mistaken.

Given the time, I will of course do so to be fair to all members of RC who had about enough of losing out and now, allow those who thought simply to backtrack at the 11th hour, skip the decent courtesy to acknowledge but go gate-crash for the refund claim nevertrheless.... well, we won't allow that to happen.

It is your own fault for not being on the lookout when you should be serious about it when you decided to submit the request for listing and not completing correctly the basic details needed. You were given more than 2 ample months to work on it.

There are now several uncovered by this latest verification on just whose listed status are NOT registered RC Members. Well, would any of you being an RC member want or allow them as outsiders to be listed with your claim on the Refund? I surely would not think so either.

Request for re-enlistment at a later date while process is ongoing at a higher level is subject to TPC consensus / approval.
Reluctance and/or rejecting requests for acceptance or approval by TPCs can be highly expected as anticipated.

Again, like several that I have received in May, June.... that pops up in my email which was meant to receive details as required. No More, no less and certainly no chats even to inquire... the ball is not in my court.
The instructions were candid & adequately clear (assuming it was read and heeded as expected) and thus, I am not into back & forth exchanging with someone who is not prepared to submit his/her details... what have I to chat or exchange in the first place????

If one doesn't bother to read and comprehend and does NOT make an effort to post in the forum should they feel unsure or lost... there's more problems to expect in the future with such participants... and you bet, I've had them (been through this) too in the 1st Attempt.

It would be better if there is much more however, it does not beset the pursuit with the current participants who made the effort to attempt in seeing their hopes put to a worthy stride as oppose to many more feeling / viewing it as a vain cause.

I just hope most if not ALL who are currently listed stay determined to see this achieved as well. I'm just being instrumental with this effort and it will be good to see yet again, an optimistic outcome and result with everyone involved and hopefully, as active about it once we get it off and shoot ahead...
