    Dear YB
...... I would like to be an part of the second attempt so please let me know what to do.
For all of you who are prepared and seriously wish to be listed on the ROLClub TPC List (third party claimant), I shall emulate and maintain a feasible and proven structure again and one of which is starting off with the ROLClub Claim & Refund List thread to gather momentum and prepare in paving more easy steps to adhere so YOU are safe and secured with the knowledge that your requested listing is noted and hopefully, your place remains to the last until it then becomes officially recognized and approved for the Refund Payout by a ruling Court that will preside the case in the future.

A start has to be initiated and following this thread with the many exchanges will put you in preference and good favorable position with the gradual process all the way. A BIG fault we witnessed from the 1st attempt was proven by the fallout of members who were self discouraged by several factors and as if they expected an overnight 100% result with a refund payout, they became disillusioned.

Everything when dealing with money, verification, authenticity and approval involves people too and that must be considered as well which absorbs time and further research to make sure the process is heading the positive and right direction.

So, with this created List to begin with, you will be expected to first submit in your own request, separately and through your own working email to me at>>>: [email protected]

In this Forum, everyone can see the list mentioning just your ROLClub username/handle if you will. Nothing more and the date you emailed me concerning the specific request.

Other than that, no other details will be visible on the Forum. What you email me will be treated as confidential and private detailing your relevant information which display: Full name, your current Rolclub username on this forum thread, current address if no change was made since you transferred the monies to BM/PIPS otherwise the previous address is to be mentioned too, Contact nrs (both landline and cell), D.o.B. (optional), method of transfer placed to BM/PIPS, and the amount you had transferred (not the supposedly simulated amount that you thought should be paid out according to the ROI).

DO NOT mail to me on the ROLClub addy!!! The active email address is the same as the PayPal acct addy: [email protected] (this will be maintain for all official exchanges, not for chat or queries pls!!!). This should be done within this forum thread itself or through the PM feature of Rolclub Forum.

I don't want to be bombarded by unnecessary emails and remember, you are also advised to PM me first to forewarn me in advance prior to emailing me about it with a recognized title subject. Otherwise, I will treat it as SPAM!!! this is also to curtail the would-be no-good troublemakers having nothing better to do...

This will be the first step. This will be made known in the new Forum thread and followed by the email announcement sent out soon through ROLClub Forum. So stay close and visit this forum often for it will also be a routine to get use to if you are serious on having your claim materialize someday.

    THANKS YB
I was late in asking and I understand the reasons and I did lose contact for a time with Rolclub, especially as my upline convinced me that it would be futile to attempt to recoup any money. How wrong he was!
So your group consisted of 18, did you also hear if any other claimants were successful? The official I spoke to at the Court told me he had been inundated with enquiries from third parties asking how to make a claim, and he told them all to hire lawyers, so maybe there were more payouts alongside yours, you never know.

Edit: Yes, he certainly was and further than that he was unable to steer or veer any as the position he's in is obvious. As far as Batty could discover and he was much closer and being a familiar face than ALL THE REST, at most of the court hearings & trial sessions, he could not recall other claimants being privy to the few millions the Court had approved for refund. There were employees of which many were modestly compensated for income arrears as payouts.

We were fortunate, to have a competent and dedicated and NOT greedy pair of Lawyers representing our Claims.
"our claims" I mean.... without me, for the records here.

    YB.

I have read this thread with great interest. It is unbelievable that this is still an on going issue...it seems so far remote but none the lest important. I will keep my eye peeled for any signs of BM on the internet with any new shams or schemes. Thank you for keeping me in the know.

Thank you, YB, for making this opportunity possible for my husband and me and all of us. I am here now and committed to participate. I do not have much free time but do want to contribute financially and any other way that is feasible for me. My husband and I work full time and we are both beyond retirement age so the retrieval of any monies lost means a lot to us. Thank you again for all your efforts on our behalf!

Edit: Welcome back & U R welcome. Do keep a lookout soon on the next email announcement regarding your email request sent to me with the relevant details needed. In the meantime, stay active and visit this thread as often as possible for sharing your input and exchanges with fellow membership with this same cause as you want to be in. - YB.

    Default Expect Email from Abigail

I am not sure I can find all the relevant papers, What then?
will wait till that time comes to submit them.

    Edit:
Abigail, DO NOT try to post any of yr valid Docs and proof of yr transacted monies when you indeed manage to find them. Please DON'T.

The reason is, I will by that time inform committed & listed TPCs just how to go and be guided about it and to whom and which way but for now, NO POSTING to anyone as yet and that includes ME as well.

Just spend the time now to gather and arrange correctly, all the evidence and proof you have and keep them in a safe place as well. Make extra copies, to be extra safe & sure about it. Its still early at this stage but wait with patience and things will roll out smoothly. - YB.

Great to have you back and on board Paul. Yes, its a small effort but it can serve a quantum find if ALL of you try by your side at every time you visit a HYIP or some schemy Investment-like website and scrutinize the ongoings of the players involved in them. I know someday, ONE of YOU will spot that Ponzi SCAMMER and if you do, PM me first so I shall consider and consult with ALL of you behind the scenes through your email we uphold together. Right now, just stroll into the sites and stay discrete or be tactful with any queries or questions you may want to sent across to the suspected person to help you first verify his modus operandus altogether.

Here is another goodwill reply just in from a Claimant after returning from their European holiday. a previous mail was also received for which they can't believe their day on the refund has finally arrived just prior to setting off on their holidays.

    Hello, YB,

Yes, we had 5 nice days in Italy. On Easter Tuesday, we went to see the Aquarium in Genova, which is awesome. I recommend everybody that has the opportunity to go there, to see everything from dolphins and sharks to hummingbirds. Also the food at a nearby restaurant called "Pesce d'Oro" [Golden Fish] was excellent. Although basically a seafood place, you may order meat dishes there as well.

Maria and I would like to wish you and the next group of applicants (next attempt on refund claim) good luck. The field should now be plowed and the procedures known, which ought to simplify matters quite a bit.

    Kind regards
    S.

Thank you, YB, having watched this now since it's inception, only had minimum invested, to start. Then retired and now thanks to this failed investment, I am not able to participate in going after just my initial investment. If there were a chance that the accumulated monies that had been shown in the Spreadsheets that were prevalent back in 2004 etc, I would try very hard to be a part of this, but alas, I shall just watch as this progresses and cheer for all of those that go forward, and wish you all Good Luck in your challenge.

Edit: Thats true and a prudent decision taken. TQ for the moral support for they will need it as well. - YB.

I would like to thank those who are unfortunately not able to take part in this next phase with us who are wishing everyone else good luck in retrieving our funds. This goes to show that there are still great people out there.

Edit: Yes indeed and to have them return with humility shown and consideration attached without expecting further returns, I second your acknowledgement of them & thank them too. - YB.
