    Well Gang I'm getting the same results of all the above! :roll:
    This is frecking insane!

    Not able to register to generate a ticket, not able to call Nada! My redial button has worn down I can't see the white letters anymore. Someone has to have some CORRECT answers without assumption.

    I don't get it here we suppose to have a dynamite program with all the fringe bennies and we aren't able to even pretend to log-in...There's always some kind a hassle. :? Or my timming is just darn impecable.

    Nice site BUT........... I just hope I haven't messed anything up in an effort to log-in cause you sure can't connect with anyone that DOES know.... or is suppose to know....

    Maybe this will all go away in the morning... whewww

    Thanks Admin, I know your trying and so are the support staff but I did send a Fax and 24 hours after recieving my new login info it still says username and password not found. I have re-faxed them again today and will let you know how I go.

    Thanks Admin....

    I would like to confirm the Fax# Can you please share Admin? Is it the one on the site? May I have in case I can't get to that part of the site. Which is happening at this time.

    Is that the only fax on the site? ONE fax? Who is the contact person?

    How will we know if it gets there? After several days or weeks and there still is not a change and no access...Ahhhh who do we contact? How?

    If this is the way shouldn't it be a sticky? Admin at PIPS must know this is an issue. Too many people with the same deal. What are all the neccessary details other then what is stated?

    I appolgize for all the Q's but there seem to be so many grey areas....
    Why is it that everything has gotten out of whack again and people have to go throw this dance to get to their money.

    Thanks for the reply and it would be great to get a fax number etc.

    Hi All,

    I shall try to help you with the login problems. First let me say that the back office is in a real mess and you are going to need every ounce of patience that you have ever had.

    Because this is a new version of PIPS it has bugs in it and that is why members' information is either temporarily lost or not accessible.

    You MUST phone them and have all info at hand including your profile and ID. Don't send messages in tickets because they have already breached security (i did this already and found members from Canada with sensitive info in my ticket box,) don't e-mail either. For people in America best time to call is 5pm Malaysian time Support works 24 hours a day but som times they will not answer the phones, this is because they have such a high number of calls at the moment.

    After one week of trying to login for the first time, and having had my password and pin reset over the phone by them and still not getting in, I managed at last to succeed today. Have now verified my account and all is well. It was very stressful whilst it lasted as I felt very isolated and spite all efforts could not get a result.
    Unfortunately there are aspects of the programme which at times are very unprofessional. Pips staff are very bad at giving members advanced warning of anything they are going to do, they are not good at communicating. Sometimes I have detected a level of arrogance from senior personnel. Now the main forum has gone it is vital that everyone keeps vigilant for real, truthful information especially regarding the withdrawals.

    The removal of the Pipay transfer option was a body blow for those of us with clean PP who had friends willing to exchange to alleviate the WD debacle. The day they did this I was going to get some money out that way and now that facility has gone.
    We have reached an impasse with WDS and clearly nobody knows anything that is going on.
    Tomorrow is July 1st and I feel that our CEO must make a statement to all members via the log in site.
    Whereas I accept there is no point in getting worked up over all this, common courtesy demands that members, who have been waiting so long for their withdrawal to complete, should be given some good news asap.

    This has been a very hard few weeks for us all. Of course we have mixed emotions over this and I for one at times have doubted the whole programme but I am trying to hang on in there because the possibilities are so fruitful.

    I would be glad to hear other members comments.

    Hi boldo, Pauly Walnut & galadriel,

    Thank-you very much for the information, however the phone issue is
    so ridiculous and unprofessional I'm exhausted at the thought of diailing into the Ozone and nobody's home. Been there done that nearly a yr ago when just trying to get in..Man what an unbelievable hassle that was.
    Ha! now that I'm in I can't even get out! LOLOLOL my money that is.

    You folks are great to give what you do know and I for one galadriel so agree with you in terms of the communication factor, they have never been on top of that concept! It's a shame--just the opposite is extremely powerful. :roll: but I guess that's just too easy --who knows--

    Good to hear galadriel that you finally stuggled through the process and got in to see the numbers?????? At this point I suppose that is what it is numbers. The withdrawal process is Nuts! It amazes me how it is that PIPS can still be around when the KEY is MONEY and the people CAN'T even get to it!

    I'm nearly in tears over this frustration of PIPS--Patience is an understatement! It's been nearly a year and it seems that there is no ease of use in regards to getting to your site and or getting your money that you LOANED them. It still the same or lack of... :cry:


    Bottom line accessing our money loaning more should we choose.... Isn't that freedom of choice.

    Anyway I've noted the numbers thanks boldo and thanks for the support and a lending ear... Pauly Walnut & galadriel...

    I too as well as many others expect to hear some Facts from the CEO and not another roll on the carpet. Facts, will we see our money or not and when?

    Have you called support? Ive called over 300 times in the last 5 days
    and cant get through. There is nothing wrong with my phone.
    Every time I called the support phones, the rings bell busy. BUT this morning I have sent a fax and it is passed through. I am waiting for the reply now.

    Hi Connecting,

    To follow upyour comments regarding the WDs. The whole integrity of PIPS is at risk if they don't get to grips with this sooner rather than later.

    As complicated as it is, and I am no financial wizzard, the CEO has to alleviate the very real concerns of the membership.

    The problem appears to be within the paradigm of Picpay itself rather than just the banks. Do we still have a bank?
    I want some money out soon, but I don't believe I will get any for the next few months . If VAT products gets up and running, the flood gates will open and the demand for WDS will be horrendous - but you cannot blame members for requesting what they have loaned, especially those who cancelled their WDs in the hope that would help speed up the process, they must feel high and dry now.

    As for the DC well, words fail me!.
