Well the Newmark Business Centre is the office complex where Pips is located, can u clarify what u mean by "official clearance" and who ur friend is and from where they received their info regarding this?.

The regulators always use the press to do their dirty work trying to fish for legitimate complaints, and to rehash this old news was surely promoted by authorities, which I agree, is nothing more than a fishing trip, and a good sign.

From what i can gather, its just old news rehashed by ASIC.

Read the article and it says PIPs does not pass the smell test. What did they do smell the ink on the newspaper? This is just like the C&D's in America where some government agency did not do his/her due diligence and research PIPs they just make an uninformed statement and say it is fact. When Bryan is cleared by BON will they apopologize to Bryan I don't think so. This is really stupid doesn't pass the smell test I swear this is really an intelligent reporter. Oh well enough said by me

Hm... I don't think it's the actual BUILDING... New Mark Business Centre is like the company "umbrella", or the "mother company" and everything else (PIPS, PICrealty, etc etc ) are parts of the new mark centre...

So, now they are investigating according to smell!

There are a lot of major investment corporations that at one time did not pass a "smell test", but they are still rolling along. This re-hash by ASIC is as has already been said "just a fishing trip" at best.

They were probably reminded by certain people who seem to be getting a wee bit desperate right now.
Things are coming out that they didn't intend, so what better way to bury that than to call the authorities and spread more lies.

Actually, the New Mark Business Centre is another "company" within the PIPS group. Yes it is owns the office complex but more: IT PROVIDES COMPUTING SERVICES for the other PIPS babies and for anyone who requires it. So it one more profit center for us PIPSters :D
