    Facts from Friday's findings...

I had just spoken to thebat$, our ROLClub Anchor in Malaysia, while he was typing away his factual findings in preparing to submit to us as we exchanged our arranged telco.

In summarizing my own account from our interesting chat, here it is:

He did get a call that evening but was rerouted to another hotel with a lesser level in Stars...even a cockroach running around his room like a Malaysian coyote did not move him for the next 9 awesome hours of hard earned sleep!!!

He gave in to that rodent beast for the much needed rest he severely endured from his day long shuffle around Kuala Lumpur under heavy showers and drenched clothes... he wasn't planning to leave for Seremban and Kuala Lumpur with a brolley and bag to catch up with the Marsdens!

I would have seized that croachy beast as proof to gain the Presidential Suite being a Travel Agent and they risk my report to their CEO and IATA.
Anyway, we had our laughs on this....

In the 2 day-stay away from Penang, our man "Anchored" himself in 3 hotels!!! THREE hotels... can you beat that? The next time, I'll book for him myself and get him some decent hotel checked in!

After b/f, he started heading for the planned venues but once on the road and hailing down cabbies and getting quotes and deliberation from them in return, he had to become suspicious and selective, I would myself in his shoes esp. when in areas of uncertainty and where places are somewhat unwelcoming to strangers, this I gather from him, remember, he is of local origin and yet, there thrives a somewhat uneasy feeling and animosity with other colored skin and looks that differ from the immediate "village inhabitants"....

You don't understand what is meant here?... think of being a Sunnie in Iraq and try go wandering off in the fanatical neighbourhoods of the Shiites community, even while staying in a cab!

Hence, thebat$ had to make good and relevant choices and visited the premises as he mentioned here below. His account is again given and you all make up your illusion of the state he saw for himself... hmmm, I see it as a departed town long before when the Marsdens decided to cash in on that plot of poor economic value for the Bistro.

I suggest, the next trip in May, perhaps just a day is all he needs and only after the morning session has taken place, that he rent a car instead and cover the routes to those outlying PI Inc offices... also to confirm whether the building(s) are still present or demolished...

    YB.

    Seremban

    1. It is confirmed, no hearing today. I was back in the court to see for myself. (The court ppl didn't pick up my call!!!)

    2. I still couldn't do a filesearch on the Marsden as the files were in use, since there was a hearing yesterday. Filesearch is to obtain info from the file.
    (need to pay)

3.So the trial is set to 22nd of May as reported.

4.The case is just another case, met reporters who said "Hi" to me and didn't ask me abt BM or SM.

    Nilai

I didn't go to the other places stated in the seziure notices as they were located further and the taxi man was preparing to slit my throat. :) I did go to New Mark Business Centre and the Bistro.

There are pictures. Its not pretty. I will send them once I get home.

    1. It is a ghost town.
    2. Many many shops have closed.
    3. People I talked to either were new people (from other places), didn't care or didn't know. But I managed to squeze some info. I even drew a map of which shop interviewed.
    4. The condition of the New Mark Business Centre, I could not see but there was a huge amount of mail!
    5. The Bistro door was open (side door) I had a look inside. Luckily my "sixth sense" stop me. Look at my pictures although it doesn't tell you. I smelled feaces, urine and such matter. It look destroyed.
    6.Both properties are for rent!!!!
    7. I called the real estate agent. (more on that later)

    Kuala Lumpur

    1. Baji (Pips Fashion) is no more.
    2. I confirmed with the security guard that it went out of business 6-8 months ago.
    3. A make-up and cosmetic salon is in the vacated store.
    4. The security told me that Baji wasn't having cutomers, not good business.

Talking My first post since coming back

    Hi friends,

Admin, yogi and all of you that contributed derserve a pat in the back for the role you played in making this trip a success. Thanks for the kind words and praises of me. I met the right people at the right time. A godsend I think. A lawyer, a DPP, court officers and yes, even the taxi drivers that took me around.

As Yogi mention, I am going through troubles of my own. But I made the effort and I am glad I have benefitted the forum. I will submit a follow up report as well as the photos I took to the Admins and you will get to read it.

Ironically, a report of graft by two religious officers over a sum of $500 was reported. I was at their hearing. Check out the link.

Duo allegedly asked khalwat couple for cash

So the press decided that this case is more interesting! Luckily they didn't get a shot of me as I was blocking them!!!!

As for the memeber asking for us to talk to the Marsden, I was up close and personal (a few feet away) but in court, we aren't allowed to talk to the "prisoners". As for their state of mind, I have already stated that their spirit is till there as briefly saw a smile as SM whispered something to BM.

That's all from me for now.

Thanks a mighty Batty!!! I'll go check that link leading to the courthouse shuffle...hehe!

Batty just informed me on the phone about the editing (montage) of the pics and he's lining them up nicely first, to give a good step by step account as he moved along when he was there yesterday.

It will be ready pretty soon after he gets to load it up through a nearby internetcafe.

Hang on in there, it will come...like some movie I think...

Thanks Yogi for keeping your pulse on this operation, no blood pressure yet (?) and a grand overview. Hats off to thebat$ for a first class report of the facts as seen and played out, a birds eye view excellently relayed to a hushed audience, knowing we will be here for the end this time and the curtain finally pulled shut.
Well done guys and best wishes.
