That is rather the true status and fact for those found to have "exchanged" in lieu of.... and as far as I have come to know our dear fellow & friend Paddy... he has always been there and ready and willing to fund to help out instead and as for exchanging... Paul has been the one offering his side of funds instead... a BIGGER loss for him as a matter of fact...

Hope all is well with you Paul... haven't heard from ya for some time now... was getting to worry... but its good to see you posting meaning... ALL is well ... great!!!

Am heading yr way again soon to Birmingham after a night at the O2 with Rodney... the Stewart in July, next month.

Hence Bob... how is yr situation becoming with this "lady" who had approached you? Can you share some safe details in this forum so that others can be made aware and be prepared for the worst or for the sake of being glad not to have been the "PIPs-Broker/Exchanger" and is willing to settle amicably somehow if they just knew how?

Hi Yogi, I am well and good many thanks, hope you and your good lady are the same :)

Lost sight of the PIPs saga, thought all was done and dusted when the courts considered and processed
members claims against BM. But it seems, like "Coronation Street", there is no final instalment to look
forward to, unless those characters appear before a judge and are banged up, outta sight and off the
box for good. Perhaps PIPs will outlast even that soap.

That's very true... esp. in light of what has and still is going on, if many or if not most who had not the appetite left to withstand the enduring saga with the duration to stay on with the Malaysian Courts... then there is little to expect from any other probability should a follow-up be enacted elsewhere... and by Malaysian standards... the costs are low and modest to be honest.

Thanks for the thoughts and wishes... music & dancing is keeping us in tune and in great shape with form to fit today's lifestyle....

Have you tried Scotland yard? Seriously, if I had invested that much I would.

That depends.PIPS is all washed up and the remaining money held by Bank Negara. Apart from people suing uplines there's nothing left.Bryan Marsden promised to make eveybodies money good,a promise he can't keep obviously.

Well the world will be darn & stunned if it isn't... coz it sure does stir concerns for the Islamic judge(s) too with their daily routine prayers being distorted on this Monty saga of Bryan's lifelong legacy....

Question still remains... which country is prepared or gain the appetite to renew this all over again should he be spotted, found & indicted and held for trial with new allegations leading to unsolved claims still remaining potentially viable for rightful refunding or returns less all the legal costs involved???

Many of you lost money. Was it money you could afford to lose?
Evidently not. Pips site clearly stated that you should not invest more money than you could afford to lose.

    Greed reigns supreme.

Not so black and white manic1. Risk is always a step into the unknown, a challege of ones ability to handle success or failure if you like. Without risk we would never drive, never marry or have children. Each one carries uncertanties, as does a simple shopping trip.
Yet we venture forth with hope and a careless determination that failure has no meaning or consideration, that we have in place all the ingredients for a successful conclusion of every step we take.
To gamble money evokes higher and immediate emotions, for the risk is whether to take a risk when the rewards feed that higher god, that great expectations are yours and your loved ones and the future is within your minds eye. To go forward is no longer a gamble, but a calculated state of mind that your risk is beyond a risk.
Would your neighbour who buys his lottery tickets every week tell you any different, that he spends his dollars for a dream, and who has the right to tell him different, no matter how much he takes from his pocket.
Tis not greed my friend, but hope, the essence of live, the will of the conscious to go forward with expectation and determination, that around the next corner lay all of the answers.
Hope you have a good day :)
