I have just returned from a good time up in Birmingham as in London where I enjoyed the last of Rod Stewart's stage Concert at the O2 last Wednesday. I was truly glad to be there...

With the current events now underway... all I can safely add is to give credit to the current Claimants who have gone so far, since 2006, which NONE of you can imagine... to present their appeal to the High Court and this is now the next course to lay tentative claim to one's vested money once thought to be an Investment choice regardless of one considering it as money that can be afforded or otherwise.

To reach this stage with the Malaysian judiciary and its all amending Legal System that has pulled out lots of antics to discount the attempts made... I can honestly say... my hats off to those concerned that dared to take on the stride to prove of what is theirs... should be returned someday to the rightful account holders from the money impounded by the Malaysian Authorities with the aid of The Malaysian Head Bank, Bank Negara of Malaysia.

As to Manic's reminder to this universal factoid about risk and/or amount one can ill afford, remember first & foremost that every individual has the right and need no reminder on how to handle one's own money responsibly.

On the other hand, investing with a firm believe, gathered by facts or fueled by dishonest details through unsound performance, these too are elements that are not in the equation with "if one can afford to lose" because deception is at play in the PIPs involvement.

Would YOU foolishly put your money in about ANYTHING if you were fully confident en led to believe that its a complete rip-off from the very start???

No body would unless U R a brain-dead specimen who just can manage to scribble your first name.... yes, you probably would for that isolated case.

It is a risk but governed by many factors and circumstances which again, is not a risk but a challenge to one's wits and knowledge albeit driven with a sensible dose of sanity or senility... let the individual work that out but it certainly is NOT for YOU to go about reminding them... you just take care of your own pocket which you surely would expect others to respect your decision however fatal it may result in.

It is a lesson for many if not for most and the wheel of continued risks continues... for that is what makes this world rolling with ecstatic exuberance to conquer the unknown and that is in many bloodstreams the world over, everyone has a streak of this nature in them... its again, something one can still dare to afford for a small risk worth enduring.

The next Court appearance will soon take place... I shall keep you all updated on this once Batty confirms the final outcome someday soon.

Evidently not. Pips site clearly stated that you should not invest more money than you could afford to lose.

    Greed reigns supreme.
Not originally it didn't.All investments were supposed to be backed by gold in a Australian facility. The Site was changed at a later date with new member agreements too.

we were repeatedly told time and time after time that everything was going smoothly from the ICONIC LIAR of all time Bryan Marsden...i did not throw my money in pips blindly as you are trying to indicate Manic1....if HE had told the truth about everything do you think people would have STILL spent money in this scheme???....i think not....and as for losing money rather I can afford it or not has nothing to do with being lied to and suckered into this scheme knowing full well that is and was a ponzoi pyramid as Bryan new .....its one thing to lose money in a risk move as in the stock market and such...its another to lose money because we were LIED to the whole time by Bryan

That's right Pat, you said it rightfully but on that context in its right perspective, is what many have failed to distinguish.

Everyone involved had their share of genuine interests and reasons to "Invest" as was the belief... led by a formula that appeared convincing and far from distrustful...thanks to a selected few(even in their dozens, who were timely & fortunately been paid out as appeared in accordance to the simulated schedule and arrangement.

When word spreads... which was what was needed to rally and lure the many MORE thousands... that risk was worth taking even if he(BM) may need to trade his m-i-l just to get the sum$$$ rolling in at the expense of most of the "newbies" who hasn't a clue about being lured by Deception as a guaranteed future with unprecedented wealth even though, the figures simply don't match and that is why... most Banks were beginning to become skeptical and the time needed to overcome this other hurdle... well, Bryan had it all figured out... he would make or gather enough into his coffers by which time... he had other "EXIT" plans with FREE ca$h from victims believing in him and his lavish Conventions.

But greed and the dubious level of mismanagement soon caught up with the Marsdens and the beans began to spill... a blessing in disguise perhaps that the Law caught up with him in good time somehow??? Only HE up there knows the answer.

Greed for many who fell for it may appear that way but there's more to it than meets the eye and foolish mind being poor at the maths and logic were the true victims and then... is the question, who can afford to look over and who just can't that ends up succumbed to a disastrous demise which many simply are suffering to this day resulting from it.
It is a sad and painful experience for most unfortunately.

As for the trial front and Claim development still on track, I can confidently inform all of you that still keeps coming back to see if any more positive news is enveloping... YES... it is and someday soon... The High Court will dispel any further doubts and delays and the Lawyers assigned will then finalised the whole saga as is expected.

Bear with theBat$ on this.... he is in the midst of all things finally coming to a favorable closure but whatever amount is returned... that is a privileged detail that I chose NOT to be part of in any way, disclosing the agreed amount as the only one's who are willing or not to disclose are the Claimants themselves.

I am very happy and glad they are soon leaving that tunnel of relief and refund granted rightfully for their determination to see it through since we assigned Batty on the trial coverage on The Marsdens Trial in Malaysia.

Investment TIPS.... applies to most, esp. newbies!!!

After the Financial Crisis, WE have a few tips to note when investing: Please spend at least 30 seconds to study the picture below..

If this is your first time looking at the picture and after 30 seconds you still didn't realize that there is a shark at the back, you probably need to train your adversity quotient.

It is the same when investing, you always get attracted to those 'BIG' returns.

Be careful of the hidden adversity that might occur, esp when it turns out to be a "slimy shark"!!!

Hi......Just watching and praying for Brian and Sharon.....I don't have an online account of any kind and for a long time now....(Sort of got burned out from all the hyip's...Never even a single one ever produced for me...oh well) ...I don't have the same email as when I was with PIP's so even if we all get lucky and Brian and Sharon even have enough energy left to continue ....well....We would be truely blessed by their efforts now, wouldn't we. I feel (and have felt) so sad for their plight and still hope that their could be more blessed in life.
Brian...If you could possibly read this, then know this: I really do not care about getting the money back. I feel for your comfort in your remaining years (and sharon's). I know these words will take a lot of hits on me for saying this but if you get it back together, then u do....if you don't...u don't......no biggy to me. Just get yourselves back to comfort level, peace and love are what life is about anyway. I hope one day to meet and share a meal with you 2. I hope you to be blessed by Gurugi.
    Peace Brother,
    Michael

Lets just face it!! We all were had!!The truth is: "a bitter pill is hard to take"....
“Life shouldn’t be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather, to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly shouting…” Wow! What a ride! Thank You Lord!”

Can anyone tell me when the initially on-going process decreed when claims were initiated earlier this year would close for a decision to pay out whatever is available for claimants?
