I was just checking to see whats up with pips case, can we get our money back I put in about $5000. and I could use it right about now. Any help?

I started with 5ooo but in my account I had 27000 when it went I WOULD BE HAPPY WITH MY 5000

Hi members,

First and foremost my apologies for keeping silent for so long. It has been an uphill task searching for a lawyer. Considerable amount of time and effort was used in order to secure services that kept on eluded me.

The lawyers I approached would be enthusiatic but then go silent. No calls and no response when I call them! They've just gone cold. What is it that they discovered? I speculate but don't want to say.

Anyway, now that I started teaching for a centre, my schedule has become more tight. In the past I could arrange for the classes to be postponed, here in the centre its difficult. So I am doing my best to see that your interesrt and mine are cared for.

So I hope you all are patient with me as well as Admin (Yogi) for the news. I need to earn a living also, as we are doing it with our own time with your contributions of course. But that just covers the expenses. I am not complaining, just stating the facts.

I have also recently developed a skin condition and the doctors have advised me to stay out of the sun or at least use an umbrella to futher complicate matters a bit. I am under treatment and hope it wil be cured.

Now until the court date are the most critical times and I will have to play an important role representing us. So get ready to move and wait for the updates by Admin.

Thanks for listening and all your contributions. Also thanks to those well wishers and those that contributed to me finacially. My family and I deeply appreciate it.

I hope those that will put in claims get something back, but in the history of such cases, few if any ever recover a dime. I sure hope it works out for those that need it most. Just be careful with process, especially if there is a fee involved to recover any money.

Indeed it is, being the last remaining straw which I truly hope would bear fruits and again, with the minimum fee or costs incurred as charged by the assisting legality and processing by Lawyer(s) involved.

Some have already expressed the possibility, without question, to have a potential stake in percentage of the available sum made for refunding, even before distributing to Claimants!!!...
This proposition shuddered us with the thought by their proposition. Well, we were not prepared to head down that route.

Fortunately, with what was worth tracking on after it, a considerable sum was tracked down and appears to be made available. Its good to note and we wish all those who stood up this long will get to see & lay claim to something eventually.

Perhaps we just have to wait and see just where the Marsdens decides to move on.... I see New Zealand being a nice haven for their next embarkation to settle down peacefully and forget the world...

The Marsdens pleaded guilty, they ain't getting back anything! I got to stay out of the sun. My red spots are back with a vengence, got some sun today. Time is running out for us, you know what is need to be done.

Will confirm court date again tommorow, double check.
