I have just returned from a good time up in Birmingham as in London where I enjoyed the last of Rod Stewart's stage Concert at the O2 last Wednesday. I was truly glad to be there...
With the current events now underway... all I can safely add is to give credit to the current Claimants who have gone so far, since 2006, which NONE of you can imagine... to present their appeal to the High Court and this is now the next course to lay tentative claim to one's vested money once thought to be an Investment choice regardless of one considering it as money that can be afforded or otherwise.
To reach this stage with the Malaysian judiciary and its all amending Legal System that has pulled out lots of antics to discount the attempts made... I can honestly say... my hats off to those concerned that dared to take on the stride to prove of what is theirs... should be returned someday to the rightful account holders from the money impounded by the Malaysian Authorities with the aid of The Malaysian Head Bank, Bank Negara of Malaysia.
As to Manic's reminder to this universal factoid about risk and/or amount one can ill afford, remember first & foremost that every individual has the right and need no reminder on how to handle one's own money responsibly.
On the other hand, investing with a firm believe, gathered by facts or fueled by dishonest details through unsound performance, these too are elements that are not in the equation with "if one can afford to lose" because deception is at play in the PIPs involvement.
Would YOU foolishly put your money in about ANYTHING if you were fully confident en led to believe that its a complete rip-off from the very start???
No body would unless U R a brain-dead specimen who just can manage to scribble your first name.... yes, you probably would for that isolated case.
It is a risk but governed by many factors and circumstances which again, is not a risk but a challenge to one's wits and knowledge albeit driven with a sensible dose of sanity or senility... let the individual work that out but it certainly is NOT for YOU to go about reminding them... you just take care of your own pocket which you surely would expect others to respect your decision however fatal it may result in.
It is a lesson for many if not for most and the wheel of continued risks continues... for that is what makes this world rolling with ecstatic exuberance to conquer the unknown and that is in many bloodstreams the world over, everyone has a streak of this nature in them... its again, something one can still dare to afford for a small risk worth enduring.
The next Court appearance will soon take place... I shall keep you all updated on this once Batty confirms the final outcome someday soon.
