Really now, everyone else knew what I meant! I meant that it shouldn't be expected to be your only source of income - WHEN YOU RETIRE! I'm obviously not retirement age! So of course I wouldn't expect to pull from my 401k right now or P! This program is only 2+ years old!!!Originally Posted by onfortheride
For those of you who are retired and did invest, I'm sure you weren't dumb enough to invest your life savings into one program!
If "you" have a need for money now may I suggest that you go get a job! In the interim we should all pray that BM and his staff can get everything taken care of soon! And have faith in something that YOU have no control over!
Have a great day! :D

Thanks $$$$ and Watson, and all of the other people that have expressed a degree of sense about this whole thing. Thank you Thank you Thank you...
And Watson... $30.00 in a year? Man, I've got to move my savings to your bank. At BOA in the U.S. they pay 1/2% per year... that's per friggin' year! So your $450.00 would have earned a whopping $2.25 in a standard savings account!
I'll take a "bit bumpy" all year long compared to bank interest. If after a year, I only ever got out $455.00 for my $450.00 loan... I would have just made double the interest I would have in a bank.

DANG! There is some sign of intelligences left in this forum.
I almost stopped believing that there were any smart p****s left out there.
I must say I get a kick out of individuals demanding answers from BM....I haven’t ever heard of a Microsoft investor making demands of Gates to tell them everything he's doing with their money. I can picture Gate’s posts…maybe something like this
8/11 GATES MIN. UPDATE: I took my first dump of the day. I washed my body with Irish Springs. Off to the office for the day.
8/11 @ 12:00 NOON GATES HOUR UPDATE: I spent some of your dimes on a playboy and Jenna Jamison flick. Oh, yeah I made some changes that will increase the potential of Microsoft XP.
8/11 @ 5:00 PM: I just created advancement in the age of Word processing…it does this and this and then this. I hope I have told you everything about this Processing, so you my investor can be satisfied in knowing your dimes are spent well. I know you want me to do more for you today to ensure can feed, cloth, and bath yourself and your families.
GATES WEEKLY UPDATE: Well, after all my hard work this week, my stock only went up $.08.
Newspaper Headlines the following week:
“GATES BEING INVESTIGATED, INVESTORS NOT HAPPY THAT GATES WAS ONLY ABLE TO GET $.08, WHEN HE PROJECTED $.09â€

Thank God for some sanity and straight talking from Watson and $$$$$.
I won't express an opinion on PIPS because it would get ripped to shreds either way
but it seems there are too many on this board who don't know what is meant by
personal responsibility and are simply after a scapegoat for their own actions.
The tone of replies from many on either side reflect a juvenile attitude and
make me wonder if such people are genuine and if they should get involved in
any form of investment. Especially on the internet.
When I first joined this board remarks were objective but now seem to be
deteriorating to the bear-pit level of the old PIPS forum.
Whatever happens to PIPS... it was my choice whether to join or not.
Have a Wonderful Day all.

I think it is time for me to post something.
I have been with PIPs from the very beginning. I really didn't put any money in because all my clone accounts (when the program failed) were gifted to me by BM (He could have simply closed down the clones and start the 2% program, but he gave us a head start, for which I am forever grateful). Speaks much of the intent of the heart of the man.
Over this time, I was able to help many people to the tune of US12,000. Open new accounts for many, (12) to be exact. I was able to take a trip with my wife to Hawaii, then to Miami, there spending over US 8,000 on furnishings for my home. All from my earnings from PIPs. Oh I forgot, while in Hawaii, I also bought timeshare in Orlando for US 17,000.
My ROL is very healthy today, because everything is on 100% reloan. Also I have quite a healthy sum pending at PicP**. I know it is possible, I may not see any of this in the bank, but I don't lose sleep over it. I simply give thanks!
Every person I have introduced this program to, I cautioned, and allowed them to make an intelligent decision based on the facts. Because of the recent problems, I haven't been introducing anyone, however, up to last month, one who already has a healthy portfolio, wanted to give me US$5000.00 to add to his account, even after sharing with him the present challenges. This I thought was a nice way to drawdown some funds, but in all fairness, I had to discourage him from doing so.
There is a principle I have adopted in all my financial dealings. "Don't wait for your ship to come in, swim out to meet it. If I have not much to lose by trying, and much to gain if successful, by all means try." My success is not solely dependant on PIPs or any other program, but rather on my determination or the will to succeed. These programs might happen to be a catalyst to help me reach my goal. But within me, there are talents and giftings to make me succeed. The wisdom and experience that comes through failure assist me in making current and future decisions.
I would just like to encourage everyone to be nice to each other. Character is better than all the money one can make. Let's respect each other, even the CEO and wife at this time. For what you sow is what you will reap. If he has bad intentions, he will surely suffer the consequences. If his intentions are good, we will all reap the benefits if he can overcome the challenges. When things are at the lowest, that's the time we need encouragement.
Regards to all.

Thank you "gatekeeper". We are all at a cornerstone of our hidden traits... test us if you will and BM doesn't need to take another inch to accomplish that, for it is again, UPON us...we are on the threshold testing our nerves and patience with humility we share that inhibits us... We are all on the testdrive this very moment since Christmas 2004.
I will still, for my part, sleep on it and rest well with every opportunity and with that, take my dogs out and roam the beachfront...like today again... :D :D

Have you ever started a business? Have you ever made any type of investment prior to P**Ps?
Microsoft pays now, do you think the original investors, received a 2% return on their initial investment within 6 mths? NO!!!! They make tones of money now or have made every penny back then some? HOWEVER!!! If you speak with the majority of pioneers they also have made their investments and then a whole lot more. They have seen the money.
Bkkrob
Cheerleaders? No more like realists. The world's problems are not all BM's fault. I haven’t put the fait of my family’s welfare in one man's hand. That's why a lot of individuals feel that the only thing BM's done is broken promises. BM doesn't have a magic wand, he can't just wiggle his nose and things get done. He relies on other business man to handle fulfillment of paying out funds. The majority of BM's problems are to be placed on the shoulders of p**ps members. Creating constant C & D's, having authorities constantly investigating, People doing Fraudulent transactions with p**Ps.
If you went into the program, used money you couldn't afford to loss, if you refi'd your home, but didn't have the income to support the additional payment, if you quit your job when you hadn't gotten anything out, those problems are yours.
BM didn't show up at your door step, put a gun to your head and tell you if you didn't invest, if you didn't refi your home, if you didn't quit your job he was going to kill you. You made the decision to invest. YOU, no one else. Take responsibility for your decision, wipe the tears from your eyes, take the pacifier out your mouth and go find a way to fix your mistake.
If P**Ps members would quit pointing the finger at BM because of their lack of understanding and knowledge of how investing works. Take control of what happens in there life, and give BM space to breath, time to actually fix problems, instead of creating more for him, he may just be able to accomplish something.
I wouldn't blame BM if he walked away from p**ps. If I was BM, I wouldn’t want to keep working my A$$$ off for ungrateful members. I wouldn't put up with people sitting around creating problems for me. Screw that, go figure out how to make 2% a day. I'd go start a different business.
Keep in mind BM didn't set the min. in of $450.00 so people would go out and put their life savings into the program. He set it there so people who didn't have the thousands to invest, could invest. He doesn't see the difference between a member who put $450.00 or $100K in. He doesn’t get more excited about someone turning $100K into one billion, he gets excited about the person who invested what he could afford to invest the min. $450.
I learned early in life if your going to point a finger make sure your looking in a mirror when you do.

Thanks Sunshine,
BKKRob spends his time attacking positive pips members because they hold positive "beliefs"... all the while he holds negative "beliefs" and considers that wisdom.
