Use No. 1 as the Account you Fund from your End.

Once it is Funded, Transfer the Funds to No. 2 Account, then Fund the Program you are Entering from there.

When it comes time to do to a WD from the Program, send it back to NO. 2 Account.

Once the Money hits that Account, Transfer it to No. 1 Account.

From there do your WD's to your Bank Account etc.

Never do Internet Transactions from your No. 1 Account.

Just my thoughts on Security.

I'm afraid I don't understand why using two accounts is safer :oops:. If a hacker gets access to one account, why wouldn't he be able to get access to the other one too?
