Things have happend there if you have had made purchases to merchants. Just go and look for yourself. Your PP account might be bigger than you expect.

yes i was refunded from one purchase.. and the others have subsequently been completed.

Yeah wireman guess just i was stating the obvious.. it took me by surprise too when it happened a couple of weeks ago. But what to do with the funds? I pondered for weeks, then finally got tired of the funds sat there doing nothing... so put in another withdrawal.. first for quite a while. I'll be happy if i get it for xmas.

Cancelled purchases
I was notified by a vendor that my orders were cancelled since PICPAY cancelled payment to him for the products. I tried several times to get something done about restoring the funds back to my account and as others have indicated, tickets I had opened disappeared or were closed with no action taken. Finally, after the 4th or 5th ticket, I got a response that said I needed to call merchant support, which we did and the funds were restored back to my account within the hour.
My advice is if you have had your orders cancelled and the funds still show as being allocated to those orders, call merchant support at:
606 799-6607
606 799-6608
606 799-6609
and get it taken care of by the support people. They are there to help, so use the system in place for your benefit. (Remember to include your country code prior to the area code 606)

Just checked mine..No movement, all is the same..Still have pending withdrawal from June, a pending purchase from June, and a pending purchase from July and a pending withdrawal requested on 1st of August.

If you want to have these purchases cancelled, just contact PicPay support and they will cancel the purchase and put the money back into your PicPay account.
You don't have to wait for them to get to your merchant.
I did this past week and it only took about 20 minutes from the time I submitted the ticket to when the money was back in my acount.

I ordered gift cards in May and they have been cancelled in P**pay
but they did give me back my money my in P**pay account.
I would have loved to have those gift cards to give to my big family :cry:

Seems like they will be cancelling all the transactions made to merchants.
Looks like they are doing it Merchant by Merchant.
But yes you can just cancel all your purchases and they will do it right away.

I have read even on this forum that merchant payments from about the middle of May to the middle of July have been cancelled. This was due to illegal activities of some merchants. All merchants who wish to trade in picpay have to be re-verified. When that happens you can continue to purchase items....I believe many have all ready..
