    Friends, yes Chin-Lee included.

    (1) Let's not quarrel here. Although some of you believe religiously that PIPS will be back through some divine insight we don't have, lets leave it at that. Those who believe otherwise continue to do so. It has all been established.

    (2) Chin Lee, you say NOBODY here is qualified to comment about PIPS license. If so are you qualified to share your insights then?

    (3) Rolbuddy, the info you want are all on the main thread page. Go there.

    (4) Livefree, at this point there are no groups that I am aware of who are doing this. If we proceed to interupt the proceedings, we might make our wait longer. That's why I said, we must act together.

    (5) I think I have a clue on whats going on. The courts are backlogged, the case of the murdered mongolian woman which is very high profile was moved to 2008.

Now think of our PIPS case, it is hardly priority. I am sure the trial date was set in the distant future too. So the newspapers have nothing to report. That's the end of that.

So let's go back to our daily routine and wait for the next episode.

In the new Straits Times today Batty,

PUTRAJAYA: Sixteen new High Court judges will be appointed to overcome the backlog of cases nationwide.

Chief Justice of the Federal Court Tun Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim said the judges would be mostly posted to courts in Kuala Lumpur and Shah Alam which were in dire need of judicial officers.

There are 57 High Court judges nationwide.

Ahmad Fairuz said seven more Court of Appeal judges would be appointed, bringing the total to 23.

The number of Federal Court judges will, however, remain at 15.

    Hi Gray,

Maybe the bank or some local goverment grant will help you with the financing, no need for PIPS. Sure you'd have to work real hard but ultimately you will be successful. Donald Duck..... err Trump said "To be successful, you have to know your customer." I believe that is true. Know what they want and give it to them.

Trump's got the golden touch, from bottled water to highrise buildings to casino and golf courses. Of course he's not the one I seek advice, I learnt from my dad too. Anyways, good luck with your venture.

Hi Bat$ and dreamer, thanks for your efforts anyway, no news is no news, I am neither feeling good nor bad about it, as I still think it will be a long wait or like Dreamer say, there will be a plea bargain for BM to take the easy way out.

as hopelessly as it looks, I still wish everyone somehow get their initial investment back or find ways to overcome problems caused by this scam.

Bat$, take good care of your health
