I was thinking about PIPS today trying to remember all the posts from various forums since the program stopped paying.

Does anyone know if there is any investor or group of investors that are represented by attorneys to recover funds from BM or from any of the POOL organizers that received money?

I am afraid if we are simply waiting on the authorities to handle this after the trial, and that is if there are any funds left, that investors will be dissappointed.

Sorry to bring up sad thoughts, but the pending trial got me to thinking about it.

(1) Let's not quarrel here. Although some of you believe religiously that PIPS will be back through some divine insight we don't have, lets leave it at that. Those who believe otherwise continue to do so. It has all been established.

(2) Chin Lee, you say NOBODY here is qualified to comment about PIPS license. If so are you qualified to share your insights then?

(3) Rolbuddy, the info you want are all on the main thread page. Go there.

(4) Livefree, at this point there are no groups that I am aware of who are doing this. If we proceed to interupt the proceedings, we might make our wait longer. That's why I said, we must act together.

(5) I think I have a clue on whats going on. The courts are backlogged, the case of the murdered mongolian woman which is very high profile was moved to 2008.

Now think of our PIPS case, it is hardly priority. I am sure the trial date was set in the distant future too. So the newspapers have nothing to report. That's the end of that.

So let's go back to our daily routine and wait for the next episode.

I know there was speculation that Bryan and wife had transfered money to their personal accounts.

Then there were claims about it being in a news article in New Straits Times.

I read all the news articles, including those in New Straits Times, but as far as I know there was never any such claim in those articles.

Unfortunately those articles are no longer available on nst.com.my

DOES ANYBODY HAVE A COPY OF IT?

I've searched the web and I've found ALL the other news articles. Both on news sites as well as copied and pasted into other forums. But it seems nobody has copied the article Owen is referring to.

If there was such an article I would really like to see it.

No, I will not, and answer you need to get from Bryan. Everyone's else is just speculations.

It will be no trial, since they can't find any wrong doing as of yet. You are right in sence, just wait little longer and all will be clear.

I hope people start realizing that attacking Pips will not help you any better situation. You are just digging hole deeper for yourself. If you want see your money than solution is stay supportive, since enemy want's us divided.

I am not jealous of anything.I am not preaching to anyone. I cannot offer proof of wrong doing either.Innocent until proven guilty still applies.

What I can do is, express an opinion,which is what forums are all about.Pips is shut,Bryan and Sharon Marsden have been charged with money laundering and other offences,thats the facts to date.

I reserve my right to opine on the current situation, which is far from the bed of roses you would have us believe.

Lets leave it at that.
