Thread: Ethical considerations re: Warren's post

I for one think its time for the Mods to reconsider the ethical consideration of deleting the supposed heresay of Warrens post. His alleged public email offers solid advise for all pips members to protect their interests.

I have never made any WD and am thus in a precarious situation. Many are like me and need to take the actions suggested in Warrens email.

Consider these truths:

1. Taking those actions will in no way risk their accounts. They can later be reversed if things work out for the best.

2. Not taking those actions..to protect their investments, may result in a total loss due to inaction NOW.

Thus, there is no downside to allowing all members to decide for themselves..by publically posting the Warren letters (heresay or not) here.

The only thing I wonder is if anyone is leaving a company that holds confidential information, can the person leaving share it like we have read in these emails?

I have seen several "emails" floating around WWW written supposedly by former executives from PIPS, but it's hard to believe every one of is written and distributed by those former employees.

I don't know how things are in Malaysia, but when I left a company in March, I had to sign an agreement not to share knowledge I aquired through my business for at least two years, and if I did, I could have gotten sued.

So I will just wait for real updates. While we need to believe in "something" since no official updates are being made, we need to be careful not to fall for emails that might be circulating just "for fun" because they are not funny.

And you have proof of that or are you speculating that what you want to be true is...

After reading an analysing what it had to say, it sounds more like a irrational dummy spit, than something a proffessional legal person would state.

Hi shadow... I think the speculation works both ways, so I would rather say: no rumour should influence your emotions & judgement on P*P* situation that much in à ny direction... So in that respect I can understand sailingdom's post. Remember that in the end only an (and unfortunately not just any ) official announcement or happening will really clarify things...
