Thread: Bryan Marsden "innocent Of All Charges"???

That is a fair & reasonable point to raise Chin... which is rather rhetoric at this stage of the saga but lets face it however candid others or most would regard it.

Bryan began heading that other way in deciding to close down, shut up and place the PIPs forum in limbo....

Secondly, it is and it remained his choice and prerogative to post where he can...no one steered him on that, and remember, he locked himself out of the very opportunity while his own domain was active...or perhaps that too was on its way out for renewal time was due and payment needs further verification ...

Btw, turning sour and hateful... I disagree categorically on that too! I am NOT, for one, and many more shares the same feelings, we may and are incredibly UPSET and shaken however, the hate you want to believe isn't (less the few who is out there too which don't represent the majority) in us.
Bryan created that indifference both for himself and towards the member account holders with an act he knows is not going to be kind albeit words or to a larger degree, pardonable in view of the heavy toll & losses many were victims to.

The email argument you raise is a VERY weak one to base on....won't be bought by most...I don't see that an issue at all either.

Bryan would use the database assuming he is free to do so.

Until the trial verdict I wouldn't worry yourself about which forum Bryan might post on.There's a long way to go yet.

Why bother!....it will take a few years before Bryan is out of jail, and by then he will be long forgotten.
Secondly, all the PIPS money is already gone, so why do we need to hear from him?....
Maybe he need the database to get in touch with his cult and cheerleaders to scam them once more?

Exactly,

I suspect we will never hear from him personally again. If he has nothing left, as he claimed, then why would he ever want to show his face again, even if he did get out of prison before he dies? Besides, who in their right mind would want to post to all the thousands that he screwed? Yes, most will forget him, but I won't, I will always remember everyone who has ever screwed me, and although the list is short, it is painfully etched into my mind forever. (g)

One thing I do think will come from this is a new industry term will be born for illegal pyramids. Instead of Ponzi, I think the term for pyramid scam will be updated to PIPS, just watch and see. Ponzi only screwed a few hundred, PIPS screwed a couple hundred thousand. (g) So the lesson is, don't fall for another PIPS pyramid scam, I know I won't.

If PIPS was legit how could Bryan make the claim "I have lost it all"? At last count it was to have alledged over 2.5 billion dollars. You just don't lose 2.5 billion dollars!!!! I don't know if PIPS will replace the Ponzi word for scam but it certainly will have made a place for itself in the hall of fame for scams thats for sure!!!

As far as Bryan contacting anyone after the trial is over and he is found guilty of some sort of crimes, what is he going to say? "I know the govt has found me guilty and I have lied, cheated and stole hundreds of millions of your dollars, but I am sorry. Will you forgive me? Thanks and now on to the next scheme..... if you will send me only $1000 and not touch it for 2 years, then I will make you rich beyond your wildest dreams!!! Heck I'll even throw in a few thousand for some charities!..."

I think it is not easy to say if Bryan is guilty or not. Very often I think, if he would be guilty, why did he travel all over the world and show's each person his face. Why didn't he take all the funds and run? He had a chance to do it very often. This makes me think all the time. What did he have in mind?

Yes, this is crazy, and stupid at the same time. We all thought the same thing, for it was logical, for who would be crazy or stupid enough to want to have 200,000 plus enemies. I still feel he was sick, and actually believed anything he said, hense all the obvious lies we were told from start. The only other possibility is he is terminally ill from all his drinking and smoking, and didn't give a rats ass if he had hundreds of thousands of enemies. He looked like death warmed over at arrest, so we shall see. That is how crazy this whole deal is, and I cannot wait to learn the truth.

Anyone will tell you that a con artist will scam and make a get away. So why didn't BM do it. He consorted with royalty and hob nobbed with the high societies types. All this while living it up and hamming it up.

when you posted this it reminded me of what people quoted Adolf Hitler of saying ,I don't remember it exactly but basically : It is easier to get the people to believe a big lie than a small one , a small one they would be suspicious & see right through it but a big lie would have to be true or the person saying it would be ludicrous &crazy to say it .
well this is just another thing to consider when you try figuring out how he could have lied so well to us all
