With that cellphone assurance he made to Pchin in April 2004, means clearly and unquestionably, a qualified & given fact on the trail of deceit Bryan upheld at the Conventions he attended and proclaimed with many more blind empty promises...and he was already deceiving his close GW supporters he so badly needs to go out as soldiers in gathering new sign ups... and there WERE SO MANY stooges(in Holland alone, a few hard core ones as pillars of Bryan) ...hmmm, I can now rightfully term them as Pioneer Stooges after all... and they fell for it to this day....maybe much less now since there may be some who finally woke up and realised their ignorance was owed to one "docked" Captain...now in bay!

I hope they pulled their pips off their shoulder flaps and gave it away FREE to the pawnshops....

It is becoming more and more clear that Bryan never told the truth, from the start to the finish, not one thing he ever stated was true. Makes you wonder why anyone would believe anything he says, and worse, to think some still believe him, this is almost beyond belief. (g) Pathological liars don't know how to tell the truth for they have been liars all their lives, so you can see why he was so believable to so many. Sad, very sad, and I hope he gets help while in prison.

In this respect, BM is no different from any other ponzi/scam operator. The
"better" liar you are, the bigger the scam that you can pull off. And the
bigger you are the harder you will fall!

"figures on a Screen" or words to that effect; an apparent reference to Pips member's account details on screen? The string in his signature in his posts that originally referred us to that pamphlet has now been changed to some blog.

You and I have personal proof that they were not just figures on a screen.

Nice to hear you got your money and the money from others who invested, for you surely didn't earn anything from PIPS investing, and that is the whole issue. First in, first out, you win, and all the other thousands of people lose, as is the case in all ponzi pyramids.

Now here is the real issue, when this is brought out in court that not one single investment was ever made, this will define how you got yours, off the backs of all the losers, so thank God you got yours, but don't thank Bryan.

Also, thank God PIPS is not in U.S., for then the winners in scams like this are subject to regulators coming after you for ill gotten profits from a scam, just as which is happening with 12DP deal. The court appointed receiver is going after the nearly half a billion dollars which flowed through that ponzi, so hopefully those is Malaysia who made money don't get a knock on the door like 12DP winners are about to.

I rather doubt that - there was no money left. The only ones getting paid were, as in all Ponzis, the early investors. Most received nothing after December 2004, other than few token payments.

Technically, FBI were involved, but the reality of issue is in hands of Malaysian procecutors and they will not chase those in U.S. who made all the money off the backs of those who didn't. It wouldn't happen until they finish case, and even then, I doubt U.S. authorities will bother with anyone but those who exchanged for larger amounts, those people should be nervous.
