    Hi all,

When I got email from admin regarding this topic I thought it will be about news from trial. I think we are far away from topic here. I am watching this topic to see some news and all I get are endless discussions. Admin, mods, please reserve this topic just for news. Open another topic for all these endless discussions.

    Thank you

    NEWS!...we have to be patient!

It can take from a few months up to a few years before we have a collective TRUE STORY of the PIPS saga. News in this context will most likely be "partial" including unstructured news that is food for even more speculations.
PIPS is definately not dead in many members eyes, believe it or not!

    Interesting,

Patience, we all have learned that due to PIPS fiasco, so just be patient, the authorities needed only the broad term of money laundering to arrest them, so when all is said and done, I am certain many more charges will be applied at the proper time, after discovery, as it is called in U.S.

BN only recently handed over their investigative findings, and remember, they can only report illegal money movement and acceptance issues as unlicensed entity, so obviously, the only initial charges would be money laundering, so now the fun begins as we learn the truth as all the lies we were told unfold entirely. I am sure we will see a dozen more charges as this continues, so we have to be patient, as if it matters anymore.

    Good luck to all, Mike

As we await, some prefer to pass it over, others are still keen to discuss for all that's worth, and with that recognised "kingtvrtko", dialogue is what brings about more knowledge with information added...this makes News as well...

So, stick around (as we are sure you have not given up on this just yet... ) for getting the wiser with analytical bias or is it sheer wisdom from picking up the pieces....?

I`ve to agree with kingtvrtko, NEWS is totally different than SPECULATIONS and DISCUSSIONS. Put 2 separated topics and it is easier to trace news within hundreds of pages and it will looks organised too.

That is true, however, as Marek has decidedly levelled the position on anything more with Pps to a all low point for priority at the last discussion we both had and with our MODs, to only have a separate thread, sticky or otherwise, would mean it has to be a "locked" thread and none of us are bent on being assigned with that task alone.

That results on news that will again swing off to another thread relating to discussions all over again... so the argument to support is valid however, less supporting in practise.
I think, if one is truly serious to be in the fray, one makes time and effort to keep track on what is and has been discussed...so you have a clear mind for your part to engage in a pro-active and condusive manner to exalt a greater comprehension on the entire subject as addressed by all participating...that is the right way to approach it.

Mingled in between is a check on how updated you are with provided feedbacks when you discuss with fellow members with their posted perception on progress as viewed.

    YB. - cheers ...

Well, it is kinda interesting, if you don't get upset about it. It looks to me that we have quite a few Sherlock Holmes on board here~*

HSBC was under investigation for MONEY LAUNDERING and so ceased to handle the PIPS money because too many members were making too many small withdrawals which may have been a way of laundering money under the terms of the Patriot Act.

I am surprised that Mr Platt is not making correct statements. This was open knowledge through the financial press at the time and did not only apply to Pips but to others particularly in Muslim Countries!
