Any and all assets,funds and properties,weather real personal or mixed,tangable,wether located or not recorded or reflected or required to be recorded on the books or finanical statements of the corperation...will the bna go after bryans personal assets, and company assets in panama.if the bna find out that bryan was running a ponzi scam,would vipinv lawsuit help us recover some of our money back.

We cannot know everything you are asking at this point, assuming there are any meaningful assets at all, any books kept, etc etc. Money laundering is very serious, and it has been intimated from Mike (OSW) that there are more charges pending. Also, there would be other "creditors" waiting in line to be paid as well. Best thing to do is wait until the truth comes our in the court proceedings, but this will not be resolved most likeley until next year. Contrary to what has been said in some arenas, Sept 13th is not a trial date.

Correct. Sept. 13th. is a hearing to appoint a court lawyer if they have been unable to provide one of their own and also to review the conditions of bail. I doubt whether there will be any other news.

owen,(a) do you think that bryan will be able to post bail.(b)what other charges, will we see.(c) will it be a quick trial.

Owen can't look into a crystal ball and forsee anything..He is just a journalist, and he will tell you so himself... So, your questions about bail and anything else can and will only be answered by the court, which holds jurisdiction over all of these issues. Even Owen will tell you that it is pointless speculation to ask for details until they become reality, Right Owen?

It was posted on the Auspips site, where there is a little more going on than constant Bryan bashing.

Whatever - yes, you're right (I'm not a journalist, by the way!) Second guessing the actions of Bank Negara is a bit of a waste of time and anything I said would be pure speculation.
On the showing so far it would be fair to say that, by their own admission, Mardens cannot make bail on their own (i.e. they would need someone to put the money up for them), that there will almost certainly be further charges to be brought and finally, in a case like this, it's highly unlikely that the trial or trials will be quick. Bank Negara are in no hurry - why should they be?

Hey there... Well shoulda coulda and woulda would say it's good to look at one's contribution in this mess. I think we get tested as to how to make wise decisions and don't listen to our good sense. But anyhow, underoo, glad I am in good company! It's kinda interesting to look back in retrospect.
