    Interesting,

Having thought about this for a long time, I can't help but think back and how many times I said this has to be a ponzi pyramid. I was a thorn in Bryan's side from beginning as many must recall, but it was for one reason only, to help to insure it was legal.

Sad to say, but I hit him a dozen times with where is the trading and investing portfolio which was always promised but never provided. I am sure everyone remembers the first site, as members, we were to get a full array of educational courses on investing from a to z. When it never materialized, although publically promised a dozen times, that was my second red flag. The first was that Bryan only had a history on MLM deals, and I could never validate anything else, as I am sure was the case for others.

Remember Cash Evolution? Remember Six Figure Income? Well these, among others were Bryan's only claim to fame, and even those were failures. (g) He clearly got idea from Cash Evolution which imploded before it began as it was also a ponzi from start. So no matter what one believes, and I understand how some have to deal with this, in my opinion, it was a ponzi from the start, pure and simple. Sure will be interesting to see how it all unfolds, but I will be you there was no gold, no investments, just as there was no insurance guarantee and no chance of success.

    Good luck to all, Mike

I ha a similar experience as you, but I never stated that PIPS was a ponzi.
However, I tried to do my DD before I invested, and I had approx. 15-20 fundamental questions that I raised and sent to the management of PI. It was at the Golden Womb times, and I also tried to get my questions answered by Jack and Susanne. Of course they were unable to answer me, and I finally ended up contacting some of the most senior members.
In November 2003 I finally gave up to get any response, and put in some monies that I decided to recover as soon as possible.
My experience told me to monitor and review the saga of PIPS on a three months basis, and carrying out a 3 months moving average as time passed. I already got a red flag in October or November 2004, and not surprisingly, the problems started in December (actually even earlier)2004.
This program was alive less than 9 months!...and people are still hoping and waiting that PIPS will be back soon 24 months later!....how naive!

My only comment is: Bryan Marsden bluntly lied all the way to the bank!...

    Exactly,

Couldn't agree more with your last statment, in fact, I wonder if he has ever told the truth about anything involving this fiasco. Sure is interesting to see how some will believe him no matter what. I tried, as you did, and many others did, but sorry folks, all lies.

    Good luck to all, Mike

Then, if this will proves to be true, I hope that BM will be charged with more than money laundering and that the punishment will be harsher than stated. It’s not fair to get away with a fine or 5 years prison after consciously scamming 200,000 people.

    Agreed,

I can deal with stupidity, mismanagement, ego maniacs and fools, and I can forgive almost all, but a consistant liar who had to know he was destroying thousands of peoples hopes and dreams, sorry, this is where I draw the line. There will be many more serious charges brought out next week, so the truth will finally be disclosed. Heck, all you have to do is look at him to see the guilt written all over his face. Sad, very sad, that is all I can say knowing so many who were hurt by them both, and there is no way Sharon whoever didn't know what was going on.

    Good luck to all, Mike

    Very well said Mike.
Bryan is for me worst kind of man. He had to know he was destroying thousands of people hopes and dreams. He should be punished together with Sharon. They dosn't deserve any compassion. They had a lot of time to improve business practices (I remember UK conusltatt report - it was obvious Bryan rejected all ther advices and nowe we know thet were right not Bryan), to communicate with us, to propose some solutions but he did NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!
See their faces on the pictures? Its not face nor behaviour of innocent people.

And the people who still defend Bryan need urgently psychotheraphy.

My comment is... If I had used my brain when I went in this, I would have used a little common sense seeing they weren't paying anyone at the time. Not a good sign to go in something. They were having problems then and should have closed the program seeing as things were probably beyond hope. They should have given everyone their money back and said it wasn't working. Then they could have restructured if it was on the up and up. But instead the money was doing other things for whatever and whoever... I see the reasoning you are bringing up..........~*

Well, hindsight is 20/20..This is my first posting on this subject..Shoulda's and coulda's are great to mull over if it makes you feel better, but it doesn't change anything(unless you happen to miraculously have a time machine and can go back in time..lol)..My shoulda was when we (mt roommate and I) first got into PIPS, we sent a cashiers check to Pure Investments, it came back like 4 months later that said it should go to Picpay,(or something along those lines)..My shoulda is: Shoulda cashed the check, left it here and not sent it back to them..But no, we cashed it, drew out another check to go to where they told us and sent it back to them..sigh..ok, I feel better :)

    Time to move on

    The best to all

Does anyone know how to contact the court in Malaysia? It is all the members right to know how we´ll get our money back, whatever the case will be for Bryan.
