Neither me nor ROLClub or anyone leading right up to the Judge himself is in a position to speculate on any "refundable" or disbursement for a better word, on anyone's spent money.... too early and still a long way off to dream on this wishful thought.
Better regard it as lost to adventure if you had literally passed on a good sum to BM under his questionable / disputable predictions... which did not include his time lodging at Hotel LangWaky hence, what is there left to predict after his time there which might be quite awhile...

I read that Pips comply with laws and regulations of the jurisdiction which they are incoporated by the laws of 76 countries worlwide in which they operate including the US.But what i don'nt undestand is why Bryan and the wife were arrested,as far as i understand this was a good investment.I need someone who benefited from the scheme to briefly explain to me how he /she benefited,howlong after invested.

The whole scheme collapsed, and like arvie said, forget about it as we all were scammed.

Sept. of 2004. I opened 4 accounts and to date have received no withdrawls. The first was to be February 2005, but that never happened.

I'm just checking in too, to see what, if any, new news there might be.

Yes, and can we blame them for it? Naturally not, we feel equally disappointed too ourselves for being scammed by a man we once gave high regard, but we were foolish and shortsighted, including yours truly here. However, for any returning ex-Pipsters wanting to check-in on whatever news or updates, will be glad at least to know, little had developed and no more scamming took place from his side of the fence since Bryan was detained (& still remains in custody) and that we (ROLClub) are trying to maintain the "news-link" objectively to gather & deliver when the trial eventually gets under way.

No other forum had took nor initiate, even on behalf of updating themselves (those one-time loyal supporters, and one just can't prove it anymore when being one thru absence or showing solidarity to the Marsdens undesirable state in detention) to share openly without guilt and remorse. So we shall continue, it is the only rightful commitment to help our RC Members achieve closure someday... and this is and has no ties with being supportive or showing solidarity to the man who stole YOUR DREAM with his false Utopian vision.

We do it as our members supported the option and with that said, if you still feel strongly about your own personal predicament resulting from this scam & scandal to an ongoing legal saga and would expect, a decent answer for a comforting closure, regardless of knowing that the "MONEY is GONE"... then feel committed with those who felt like you who decided the only best way to handle it prudently is to help fund the costs to maintain gathering the news surrounding the trial which had disappointed us so far as well... but it has nevertheless, cost the collected donations to a reduced level just from trying our best and financially, to keep up with it.

Can we depend on you for a donation you can afford or can we not afford anymore to sustain your need to depend on further feedbacks gathered from the courthouse? Please consider kindly so we can afford to pursue and not be forced to discontinue with any future tracking of the Marsdens Trial.
