well lets see, my friend came back from hwi. and told me about pips, so it must have been apr 2005, glad i follow the advise, dont invest more than you can spare, although my friend sunk his whole retirement into it, he died in dec last year from a heart attack, waiting on his money, i wish he could have enjoyed a little of it. well he dont need the money now, god did not put handles on it so we could take it with us.

I have never posted on here but have been keeping up since the banks took over. I invested 15K in may of 05 and 7/05 it goy shut down and did not get a dime.

Is it gone forever?

Welcome to the Forum Gomezafd...

It may be a bad past with that amount you spent on and if you had survived somewhat confidently till today... treat it as a grace with a strong pass-over on the PIPs saga.... It looks VERY gloomy since 2005 but don't let me or anyone worsen your thoughts on this, you have every right to be concerned like most are but we also have moved on... I hope yours wasn't worser than others are still going through...

Memory reminds me that we both signed up in the same month with my first account out of several before it soon showed to be heading into a BIG pot run by Brian with many locations deposited for his & her personal use whilst the rest out there, including you and me, were led to believe he was on something else, we readily took his word for it.

Where have you been all along to return with a lost concern while most, I am sure of, have left for a new life and perhaps, completely wished to forget this ever happened to their lives???

In short and perhaps painful to slick, Brian Marsden and wife Sharon are in a Prison awaiting to stand trial for some serious form of Fraud the State and Public Prosecutor has charged them, outcome of the trial is ongoing and has dragged on for almost two years now... I can't and won't answer with a volley of follow up queries to this but you can start spending a good time reading all the PIPs threads related to it, just something to get you into the loop for the moment.
