Quicky reply, gotta go. Ramadan starts 24 September. Plenty of time before that. Parliament due to meet again 2 September. As for things being done when they want them done, ie summers end, we all know that Iraq never rush anything!

I believe Bush is trying to push this through asap and pressuring Maliki and Shabibi to get it done!
