I put this idea of how cheap they were on another site/forum where people know their Dinars. The moderator couldn't verify it and wouldn't allow the post to be started.........

Blue needs to come back with a number that we can check out for ourselves....

Blue will not be back...I had my cousin who is in the Navy in San Diego go to 4 or 5 different B of A branches and he got the same answer from all of them...We can't get you Iraqi Dinar because they are not traded on the foreign exchange...so it was all just BS.

Yup, thought as much. The going rate for a million Dinars is around $850-$900. There was no way that was accurate.

Dunno why people bother to post crap.

IMO everything is coming together for a r/v around the 1 Jan 06. Things are all falling into place for the end of the year.

Am happy to have mine tucked away safely. ;0)

I was thinking the same thing as I called BOA US offices and I got no information on any branch selling dinar, or any foreign currency unless it went through main office. Very strange why someone would bother posting such BS when it was bound to be discovered as such with a few calls and others stopping into branches, besides the price being below market. I have seen every site selling new Iraqi dinar and all most prices are $900.00 to over $1,000.00 at the moment. I am talking legitimate registered dealers, not eBay sellers which are also in $900.00 range per 1M.
