I don't think it will be automatic. What if they are not real dinar? Would the bank take back the money they gave you? What if you spent some or all?
That is why there is a verification process, unless they can verify right at your branch location, then you are home free. Godspeed my friend.

Former officers for participation in the training of Iraqi army President Bush and Maliki discussed a deal to release Saddam and wise rejection

Sources close to the Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki "Al-Watan" granting wider powers to the Prime Minister by the multinational forces to establish security as a first stage in areas of tension in the corners of the revival of Baghdad.

It will probably be credited to your account but you will not have availbility of the funds until they check out! Same as when you deposite a large check. They will credit your account for the full amount and make available to you part of the amount till it clears and then the full amount is available to you!
