IT WAS A "PROJECTIONS" SEE IRAQ HAD TO FILL OUT THIS SPREAD SHEET LAST YEAR AND THEY NEEDED TO PUT A NUMBER IN THE "PROJECTIONS" FOR THE "END OF 2006".

1345 IS WHAT THEY STUCK IN THERE - IT WASN'T SET IN STONE . SO THEY CAN RV ANYTIME AT WHAT EVER THEY WANT TO.

Yes, lurking, and trying to keep up at the same time. It is great to finally see FIL announced, but in reality it was done months ago when Kurd's ratified it, so I was not really concerned over it. Sure did light the fires here, so it shouldn't be much longer.
