Thread: Iraq/Dinar News. 09/05 to 01/14/07

Since dinar is expected to revalue around that of Jordan's and I read where there are alot of very very wealthy Iraqi's who have fled to Jordan amid the sectarian violence but that they still conduct business through Jordan for their Iraqi businesses. They were welcomed wholeheartedly by the Jordanians. Sounds like King Abdullah could be a great influence to Maliki....they want to flourish financially together.

This is how I see it as well, when the threatened to walk out, I said let them walk, perfect opportunity to get rid of a severe crippling problem in parliament. Now the stage is set, Maliki will be given orders to disarm sadr militia next, just watch how this all unfolds now. Maliki tried to uphold sadr power as his backers, but finally realized the U.S. are bigger backers, and you cannot have both. Sure makes for some interesting decisions, and I think we will all see this in another day unfold to our benefit, opening the door for revalue. The sooner you clear out corruption, which included sadr faction, the better for all Iraq's. We are so, so close, and with no 10K yet confirmed to be distributed, sure makes it interesting. (g)

Posted in rumour section, HSBC in England soon to exchange dinars. Now seeing as they were the first British bank to get involved inside Iraq a year or so back this is great and no real surprise to me but this will make Halifax, Nat West, Barclays and soon to be HSBC all exchanging dinars, terrific news, all the big boys!

Anyone know what the current exchange rate is for Jordan's currency vs. USD?
