I have said before that they can do whatever they want to the exchange rate, they are not limited to a decimal place move. If they want it at $1.50 they will jsut say it is now worth $1.50, I don't see any big advantage in shifting decimals.

Question for the Masses

If they shift 3 decimals it will make things
A) make it easy to re-price lets say a soda cost 1200 dinars it will now cost 1.20. For those having to do this it would make it easier.

B) they have made a big deal about the 1470 being stable. If the move everything 3 decimals would things still not be stable ?

The other thing is it was my understanding the 1470 was the same as the
.00068 as one is dinar to dollars and the other is dinars to dollars.

so the movement of three would be 1.47 usd = 1 dinar and .68 of a dinar = 1 dollar

Just tossin' this out there, the auctions & the site went down 3 years & 1 day after the introduction of the NID.

i have been looking for info on other forums and sites and everyone has such a negative attitude on the dinar ,i wonder why they got into it in the first place if they believe nothing is going to happen then why invest? rolclub is really the only site with a positive vibe going on .imho eveything that has been going o n points to a reval but then again it is iraq.

it is in a CURRENCY PAIR when looking at it against another currency. when that other currency fluxuates it will cause the movement against another currency.

that means the past 3 sessions that actually HAPPENED. all three were at that price. hence why it would be said that was the amount for the last three sessions.
