Ok i'm wrong because its not the same server but i confirm then the problem don't come from Go Daddy if you want to check the central bank of iraq details server just go there!!!

Has anyone heard anything regarding the distribution of the 10,000 Dinar stipend? Has it been handed out yet, or what?

I can't seem to find the exchange rate on the Warka website. Haven't checked them in a while and didn't know that they had revamped the site. Am I missing it? I have an account that has zero in it! Thanks.

Okay, I give up then. I still think there could be any number of reasons why the site could be down. They could have pulled the plug themselves. I have no clue why anyone would do that. It defies all logic to me. The only reason someone pulls the plug on a website is if they no longer want it.

I hereby give up. I thought I had a pretty good handle on what had happened, but now, I got no clue, and I'm no longer going to speculate as to what happened.

However, what I did see is that the same server that CBI's site is on supposedly houses the CIA's website. You'd think that the CIA would have their stuff in-house, and not overseas. So something doesn't add up for me there, but I won't dispute what I've seen. I'll just wait for the site to come back up, and check it out when it does, and see if anything has changed.

Or, just may be it has already RV'd in country! As we speak, the Iraqis are cashing in their ration cards! So just may be they are waiting to make THE International announcement!
