also, remember when they said the fil would be official when published in the 'official gazette'? so they are talking about contracts for importing goods IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.

ok, we have found the page that lists ALL the pdf's which are associated with 4025. just one was translated and it was dealing with contracts for foreign investment. i bet all those pdf's are THE FOREIGN INVESTMENT LAW!!! and if its published in the official gazette....

earlier reports indicated it was 'official' when published in the 'official gazette' which is exactly where it is.

if its published on the official gazette which makes it 'official' that would indicate to me the dinar has ALREADY revalued OFFICIALLY. that would make my september to remember still rememberable. lol

Okay....before I have a heart attack....if the investment law has been passed a reval had to be done at the same time or earlier right...so the country does not get bought up for pennies??? Right....
