What do we have?

An Investment! We call them Iraqi Dinar!

What is the problem?

The IQD/NID, currency is "artificially" (held) under-value!

Why?

Good question, when I was a kid I asked that question a bunch of times and after I got an answer, I would say, "WHY?"

How can they get their currency, "money" up and equal as recommended by the MOF to the USD, IQD/NID, One for One, EQUAL?

Well, we know that they are not "lopping" 'Zeros', because they said so! Something might be lost in their/our translations, but when it is One Iraqi Dinar to EQUAL One United States Dollar/Buck/Green-back, etc... That means it is 1 = 1... Therefore, you raise the "RATE", so whatever the lower currency is at, it is manipulated to reflect the same VALUE as the currency that is the upper!

What do we have when they do the above?

A "PEG", a "Revaluation", an RV, a party, a car, a paid up house/credit card/alimony/child support/etc... AND hopefully folks that will remember to give some to the missionaries/churches/charities/their family and to those that suffered and paid the price for the Iraqi's freedom!

Wow lot of typing to make yourself feel secure about your status as an investor and forum guru (your tommstone markings will make your family proud) I did not ask a question about zero lopping. I referred to the old document put into this newest information given too us when they were , referring to when people were debating which way the zeros were gonna go. Is this new again? Added for a reason? Or just old information being rehashed. Just to clarify the second part of the article (with the original date) referring to zeros is the subject ,not the zeros themselves.Your email wrote in superiority of Dinar Bachelors degree. I put it into the simplest terms hoping for a answer in the dinar favor? I will never intrude into your kingdom again sir dinar majesty. For Iam just a mere peasant in fantasy dinar world and are not worthy of waisting the all knowing forum kings time and I will have to revert to the stuff which i do have already for enjoyment,not just spexulation dreams for true happiness

(Reuters) - The following security incidents and other developments that had been announced in Iraq on Saturday, even at 0600 GMT :

Security incidents :

Tall Afar-mayor said that a suicide bomber targeted a checkpoint of the Iraqi army in the northern town of Tall Afar, killing two and wounding 30 injured.

Kirkuk-Police said that a car bomb outside the home of the police colonel in the northern city of Kirkuk led to the injury of ten people injured.

Alexandria-Police said that the bomb on the sidewalk killing one person and wounding four in Alexandria, which lies 40 kilometers south of Baghdad.

Karbala - Police said on Saturday that the gunmen broke into the headquarters of the battalion of the Iraqi army on Friday, and releasing the five suspected criminals who were detained there.

Hilla - Police said gunmen kidnapped and killed an interpreter working with the American forces south of Hilla, 100 kilometers south of Baghdad.

Other developments :

Baghdad - authorities imposed a curfew in Baghdad and ordered all vehicles and persons to stay away from the streets of the capital until six (0200 GMT) on Sunday.

I read the article thanks to Ward who I see lurking on here below, cheers bro. Sounds exactly what they have in mind. This weekend with the curfew on sounds as good a time as any. My thoughts with the government allowing themselves to have 20 million dinars by way of a loan should also kickstart them into pressuring a r/v IF we don't get it this weekend.
