i realize this isnt the right thread and im sorry neno but i wanted to reach the most eyes with one post. my brother is in the hospital and his colonoscopy today showed a tumor in his colon which they are going to do surgery in the morning to remove. the doctor said he thought there might be something up in the lower intestine as well but wont know until he goes in there.

this brother has had skin cancer leisions over the last 20 years removed as well. please put him on your prayer lists (Jack Burton) and send some positive vibes in the direction of my family in this time of need. we have been through so much in the last year, we need to be surrounded with love.

Just had time to browse and saw this post. Thoughts, Prayers and Reiki are with Jack and also you and your family, as any type of illness can take its toll on all concerned.

The body’s ability to heal is amazing and I’m sure he will find the right type of follow-up care he needs to get himself 100% well again, whether by using conventional or alternative medicine.

I’m glad he’s staying strong and positive … you do the same

update on brother jack. he has had surgery yesterday to remove the tumor in his colon and 18 inches of his small intestine had to be removed as it had wrapped itself around the tumor. also removed the portion of the colon with tumor. they found a place on his liver which they also removed to do a biopsy on. we will have the results of the biopsy in a couple days and will keep everyone informed.

went to see him this morning and he was in good spirits and joking around which was nice to see. they moved him out of icu this afternoon and back to a regular room on the surgical floor.

results in today on liver biopsy. it is cancerous and we will start immediate treatment for it. looking into taking him right to houston and not messing around. thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers,,, and kick it up a notch!! bless you!!

I'm so sorry,about your brother.
Susie your a strong person and I believe you are going to be able to help your brother at this time in his life.
You gained strength when you went through your accident and I know you said God had a purpose for you and I believe that purpose is for you to have strength for your brother.
I will be praying for your brother, I BELIEVE IN MIRCLES, GOD STILL HEALS.
My father-in-law had cancer, he wasn't supposed to make it past 1 year.
and that was 5 years ago.
And has no sign of the cancer now.
He's a evangelist and I have seen many miracles happen when he's prayed with people. MANY MIRACLES
If your brother will be in Houston, I'd like you to pm me the information of when he gets there and what hospital he'll be at.
My father-in-law lives in Houston and I will have him go personally and pray with your brother. He would love to do it.
Now as per you, I will definately be praying for you also, that God Who Is Merciful will bless you with abundent strength that you will need at this time.
You have been through so much with your accident , your mom and now your brother.
Lean on the Lord and don't try to do it all by yourself,
Here's a scripture for your brother Psalm 103:3 "who(the Lord)forgiveth all thine iniquities;who(the Lord) HEALETH ALL THY DISEASES;" so your brother can receive healing from the Lord who HEALS.

We know that by Your " stripes" we are healed. We hold SGS's brother before you. We ask that Your Healing Touch rest upon him and that he has a speedy and full recovery.
