Our prayers go out to you, your family and your brother during this time of need. On a positive note, my father in law has had colon cancer twice. Once at the age of 55 and again at the age of 75. I am happy to report he is still around and kick'n and just as ornry as ever. Keep the faith and may your brother be healed in the name of Jesus Christ!!! Amen!!

update on brother jack. he has had surgery yesterday to remove the tumor in his colon and 18 inches of his small intestine had to be removed as it had wrapped itself around the tumor. also removed the portion of the colon with tumor. they found a place on his liver which they also removed to do a biopsy on. we will have the results of the biopsy in a couple days and will keep everyone informed.

went to see him this morning and he was in good spirits and joking around which was nice to see. they moved him out of icu this afternoon and back to a regular room on the surgical floor.
