All presidents since John F Kenedy have done something or another that brings a scandal to the White House. It does not matter if it is a Democrat or a Republican in Office something is going to get out.

    Example:
I bet you didnt know this about the executive orders clinton signed.

Clinton's EO 13107 on Implementation of Human Rights Treaties attempts to bypass the constitutional requirement that treaties, to be valid, must be ratified by the Senate. This EO sets up a framework to implement our alleged "obligations" under UN treaties on human rights "to which the United States is now or may become a party in the future."

Clinton signed two protocols in 2000 to the unratified UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Since both protocols would require us to report to the Committee on the Rights of the Child, which is a creation of Article 44 of the unratified Convention on the Rights of the Child, the real purpose of these protocols is to validate an unratified UN treaty, not to protect children.

Clinton's EO 12852 in 1993 created the President's Commission on Sustainable Development, which has resulted in many federal programs and regulations to implement Agenda 21, adopted at the Earth Summit in Rio in 1992. The Commission even has a program to develop "sustainability" curriculum for the schools, which would teach children the UN's views about the environment and wealth distribution.

    Or this
Clinton's EO 13061, the American Heritage Rivers Initiative issued September 11, 1997, purported to give the President the power to take over 10 rivers a year. This EO on Rivers takes governing authority away from states and localities, and threatens private property rights guaranteed by the Fourth and Fifth Amendments.

Clinton's Grand Escalante Grab of 1.7 million acres of Utah land for a national park in 1996 included a trillion dollars worth of clean-burning, low-sulfur hard coal.

The UNESCO Man and the Biosphere Program was agreed to by the Clinton Administration in 1995 when our State Department pledged that the U.S. will adhere to the Biosphere conditions and limitations laid down by UNESCO

UNESCO is part of the United Nations and is setting aside land inside the United States as Part of Conditons.

Take a look at the Un Chart and You will get the Idea of how big the United Nations Really is Link- Organization Chart of the United Nations

Here are some of the biosphere reserves that are set aside.

    Biosphere Reserves in USA
This includes places like the Smokey Mountains and Yellowstone National Park.
USA-UN Man and Biosphere & WorldHeritage Sites

What I am saying is that we as Americans have been asleep at the wheel since the early seventys and it made no difference if they were Republican
or Democrat. We are putting ourselves in these situations by not doing Due Diligent research on the candidates and by not voting in every election. This starts with local elections all the way to national elections and selecting the right candidates. The politican then would be held accountable for thier actions instead of reading about what they did later on.

    Cheers!

1997 Asian Currency Crisis under Bill Clinton with IMf , G7 ,and United States .

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here is the the encylopedia so you know what it is.

Here is the time line in which it all occured.
    International Political Economy

The Imf role in the Crisis.
Factsheet - The IMF's Response to the Asian Crisis

    this inside Imf link.

approving in 1997 some SDR 26 billion or about US$35 billion of IMF financial support2 for reform programs in Indonesia, Korea, and Thailand, and spearheading the mobilization of some US$77 billion of additional financing from multilateral and bilateral sources in support of these reform programs (see Box 1). In July 1998, committed assistance for Indonesia was augmented by an additional US$1.3 billion from the IMF and an estimated US$5 billion from multilateral and bilateral sources; and

This multilateral and bilateral source of funds came from the G-7 now the G-8,
the United States Treasury, and the Imf. They did this because they did not want the Asian Economies to collapse. These type of meetings have been a regular event on behalf of Iraq. It makes you wonder doesnt it.
I ask you what are these ORGANIZATIONS WILLING TO DO TO KEEP MID EAST ECONOMIES RUNNING.
IF IRAQS ECOMOMY FAILS IT WILL PULL THE WHOLE MIDEAST DOWN WITH IT. IT IS TIME TO REVALUE THIER CURRENCY DONT YOU THINK

Bill Clinton in Mexican Currency Crisis Uses ESf to stabilize currency.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The 1994 economic crisis in Mexico, widely known as the Mexican peso crisis, was triggered by the sudden devaluation of the Mexican peso in the early days of the presidency of Ernesto Zedillo. A week or so of intense currency crisis was stabilized when US President Bill Clinton granted Mexico a $50 billion loan.
1994 economic crisis in Mexico - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

February 1995 the President decided to use the ESF to provide up to $20 billion in assistance to Mexico. Building on the North American Framework Agreement (NAFA) and the ESF's standing Exchange Stabilization Agreement (ESA) with Mexico under NAFA, the February agreements provided for support in the form of short-term swaps, medium-term swaps (up to 5 years), and securities guarantees (up to 10 years). The February agreements included an Oil Proceeds Facility Agreement that provided Treasury with a source of repayment through Mexican oil export proceeds if needed. Treasury also agreed with the Fed that any Fed claim on Mexico remaining outstanding beyond one year could be assigned to the ESF. In 1995, Mexico drew on the medium-term facility in an amount totaling $10.5 billion. Mexico fully repaid the drawings in advance, by January 1997. The ESA remains the ESF's only standing swap line.

In November 1998, the United States committed to use the ESF for up to $5 billion of a multilateral guarantee of a $13.2 billion Bank for International Settlements (BIS) credit facility for Brazil. Drawings by Brazil on the BIS totaled $8.65 billion, and the ESF's share of the guarantee of these drawings amounted to $3.3 billion. Brazil had fully repaid these drawings by April 2000.

Are you reading the same thing I am? The oil Proceeds facility agreement that provided the treasury with a souce of payments thru oil exports.
This means they stabilized mexico for oil.

under credit operations Link U.S. Treasury - Exchange Stabilization Fund

Here is where they credited Mexicos account.
    http://www.treas.gov/offices/interna...ry/credits.pdf

In Brazils case they did not require repayment in oil. This means the President has vast authority when it comes to saying when and where the esf is used.

This is solid Proof that the International compact=Marshall Plan.
