Well, one thing is for sure, and that is chico/Lennie cannot claim that he knows thousands who have been paid in GPP when it goes bye-bye. The reason? Because he assured me right here on this thread that all 100,000 would be paid. One thing about chico/Lennie is that he always knows someone who got paid from every scam he has ever pimped. Why in HCI he knew people who had been paid in the Russian project and the China project, but HCI's dynamic duo have taken a powder. Gee, wonder where Roger and Tom ran off to with all that money? Of course chico/Lennie doesn't know who Roger and Tom are.

When you're part of a group over 500, it isn't difficult to know members who got paid. You're just trying to cause trouble.

I think its fair to say that its quite possible to get familiar with folk on the internet without knowing who they are and whether they tell the truth....so knowing someone who knows someone ect is always dangerous.

I once knew someone who was involved with private placement programs and tried to temp one of our wealthy clients and even introduced me and her to one of the traders who just happened to be visiting London....

When he was arrested and subsequesntly taken to court it transpired that he had never been involved other then to work on an introducer basis to whome he thought was the program manager...he was working on the assumption that he would get a 40 week trade at 5% of the investment amount ...however to hear him talk he knew so many people that had been through trades ect which was all total B-S

What is really going to be interesting to learn is just how many of those who first signed up with GPP have now magically gone past the legal age to actually have a policy they paid for, but can only get a referral fee because GPP has taken forever to pay out. Just as how many were to have gotten $110,000 but now only qualify for $55,000? A dirty little secret they conveniently leave out of the discussion. Wonder how many members are going to wake up and realize this? Think they might be just a tad bit upset when they do figure it out due to GPP dragging this out for so long? Just one more reason why this is a joke.

Here is a nice letter we received today. Someone obviously worried
about dessent in the ranks. Maybe, within its contents, you may
happen upon some of the issues we have with GPP.

Subject: Stella and the Global Pension Plan
Sent: Saturday, September 6, 2008
President of The Children of Ecuador Foundation.

Dear David

My name is xxxx xxxx, I am a member of the Global Pension Plan
(GPP) Reverse Pension Plan Scheme, just like the other 130,000 +
members, working together as a team, to help bring the GPP
transaction to a successful conclusion. I do not speak for Stella
and GPP and I am not part of the GPP Organisation, I only speak
about them, and wish to make this clear from the outset, so that
there is no misunderstanding and you will know my independent role
in this matter.

I write two blogs to support my team of over 3,500 members in the
GPP transaction, one blog alone has an international readership of
5,000 + from the GPP membership - best single day hits 3,904.

As we reach the conclusion of this transaction, we are proud to
advise you that during the past 6 months we have raised over €30
Million in donations via our 'Friends of Stella's Children's Fund'
('FSC') Initiative, from 601 members of our readership, for
Stella's chosen children's charities including CEF. Since the GPP
project is only due to raise €10 from each member - €1.3 Million,
the significance of our 'FSCF' Initiative becomes apparent and
hence the influence that my donor group could bring to bear on the
recipients of donations from Stella.

Incidentally, the children's fund is Stella's personal project and
uses the GPP transaction mechanism solely to generate her fund. It
has nothing to do with the Trust Partners for GPP but obviously has
had their blessing.

In the early days of the GPP transaction, when the membership was
smaller, I worked very closely with Stella and got to know her very
well, we even arranged to visit Ecuador at the same time, to attend
an educational course and naturally to visit your operation also.

As well as raising this fund for Stella, I am helping 128 of my
members, who will be receiving substantial sums of money from the
GPP transaction ( 2 at least over €100 Million)to open Charitable
Foundations, in various jurisdictions. Consequently I feel
confident that these members will accommodate a request from me, to
join me in supporting your Foundation also.

Having told you what we can do for CEF, let me explain Stella's
position.

GPP is administratively a huge transaction, generating vast sums of
money for the Trust Partners of GPP, to satisfy their aims and
those of their commercial partners in this innovative scheme.
Stella has sole responsibility for the administration function and
it is overwhelming.

I have learned to trust her implicitly and understand how she
manages to cope with her workload. Her secret is to focus on the
end goal and do what she has to do to ensure that this is achieved.

At one stage she and I exchanged 5 or 6 e-mails per day as well as
instant messaging conversations. Once the membership passed the
100,000 mark the contact has dropped to once every two months or
so. I follow what she is doing via the GPP forum, and informed
contacts, and keep her up to date on what I am doing via periodic e-
mails, largely concerning the progress of the 'FSCF' Initiative.

To achieve what she needs to achieve, a lot of the niceties are
sacrificed. She knows that CEF will not be able to receive any
donation from her if the GPP transaction fails, therefore it will
be head down focussed on the goal, when with more time she would
have corresponded with you periodically.

Stella and GPP have underestimated the time it would take to
attract the membership that is needed by their commercial partners
to trigger the transaction mechanism. This time scale has obviously
affected how you view your association with Stella which was so
positive in the beginning. See your letter to Stella dated 25
November 2006 copied below.

My youngest son works in Digital Advertising and has worked for
three top advertising agencies in Australia and the UK. He and I
have discussed your Official Seal/ link, which still appears on the
GPP website and both feel that you are viewing this from the wrong
prospective. His job is to get client's 'Marques, logos, links
etc., onto as many websites as possible and as cheaply as possible.

GPP have given you advertising exposure to CEF's charitable works -
FREE OF CHARGE - without you spending a single penny in advertising
costs to more than a quarter of a million readers. You should be
delighted that they have kept your seal/link on their site, since
but for that I would not have known about your good works and
neither would our 128 clients shortly to have Charitable
Foundations. You should be grateful to Stella and GPP for exposing
your work and the needs of the children.

If GPP succeeds we all benefit, including CEF, therefore we must do
what we can to help them to achieve success.

Now we need your help. The notices on your website are giving cause
for concern to the GPP membership at a VERY VERY sensitive stage
and I would ask you to revise them to reflect a more positive
attitude to Stella and GPP. I would also like you to mail anyone to
whom you have forwarded your website notices concerning your
perceived position with GPP.

I opened this e-mail by stating that I do not speak for GPP, but I
do speak for a charitable foundation that will receive funding from
GPP if GPP is successful and I will undertake to use my influence
with Stella and my 128 clients to encourage them to make a donation
to CEF also.

I felt it important to use this time to make my position and views
known to you, in the hope that you will view them as constructive.

It would be appreciated if you could find time to respond to this
mail to advise me of your intentions.

Thats some transcript for convincing... 130,000 members and the "IF GPP is successfull...." another true giveaway again... this is sure as fuelling hell... a Saturday shot & ammo for the coming feedbacks one can anticipate to roll in soon.

I think David with CEF will know better on how to see the loopholes riddled by this message... as for us, it looks pretty obvious who we're reading on. Great comedy for amusement... seem rather "spooky too....." but we need a ghost writer to confirm this eerie response!

CEF has been dragged into this sorry mess dispite repeated attempts
to have our log removed, plus the fact we have now posted a
disclaimer on our website, hence the poor blackmail effort from someone
who should know better.
It does not even warrant a reply.

Please be aware about this notice before making any
financial decisions.

The last months and weeks we have been receiving several e-mails from several people from all over the world making questions and claims regarding an insurance website we knew about years ago. This people came mainly to us indicating and asking about our relation with an internet scheme known as Global Pension Plan, CEF has made its best to help this people on its questions and concerns, despite it is not our labour or mission to do so, but the need of making a second notice is relevant now. We want to clarify this situation,

It is with regret that we have seen the need to make an Official letter now indicating that Children of Ecuador Foundation or Breadforkids.org has no partnership nor any relation with this business or financial service offered online known as Global Pension Plan. Please note that we can not say if this is a legal or ilegal business, we can not guarantee anything, we have never made that, for any website or person. We are a charity foundation helping children in need in the amazon jungle and thats all what we do!

The Story: This people offered years ago to CEF an undetermined donation of money, but this offer was never fulfilled nor was set with this people any official agreement, and we believe they did the approach looking to gain your trust and misuse our seal and name.
Around 2 years ago they asked us to lend our Official Seal as partners after making a symbolic donation that was below 500 usd. We accepted such small donation because as a non profit organization we are allowed by law to accept donations or gifts from people or organizations worldwide wanting to help our cause.

The reason why we see the need to post this notice is to let everyone know that we are not related to this website known as Global Pension Plan or more websites, forums, newsletters or blogs, etc promoting this website or any similar offers, etc.

Our Seal regulations require our seal members to continuously support our cause and works, that active support will convert them into real CEF Sponsors. Global Pension Plan never did that and refused to provide any proof regarding its activities, names, addresses etc So we voided its seal application.

a) We never approved nor signed any documents with Global Pension Plan or his people as they never made a serious or legal approach to our organization.

b) Global Pension Plan never shared with us any other information than a simple free e-mail address from where they approached to us and offered to support our humanitarian cause.

c) CEF has never agreed to any form of official partnership with Global Pension Plan. Our Seal program shows only that a website is actively supporting our cause but thats is not the case for this Global Pension Plan, website.

They were in the obligation to use our Seal under our terms and conditions but this has not been the case. After several failed intents to contact them, again some months ago we asked Global Pension Plan to remove our Seal Logo but they ignored or never received our notices. We sent again more notices by all available means the last weeks and they ignored our requests again untill this date.

Our conclusion: This website has misused our identity and seal, they have failed to accomplish any promise made to help our charity efforts, no more donations except the first one they did and sent by an anonymous online system has been received from them. They are not approved by us but we believe they are actually using our foundation name for a business we can not guarantee is legal or not, is serious or not, is viable or not. As many of you out there we simple do not know.

In a last effort to find a solution to this situation we asked again the last weeks to them, to provide at least an address or telephone where we can contact them and verify they are a real Insurance firm or anything legal. This way we expected to talk about all the disturbing news, we were hearing, and clarify the situation, etc But again nothing has been received from them, not a single call.

This is very strange to our eyes because every person and organization that has contacted us before and made any donation, gladly provided its contact information available to us as usual in a reciprocal way. We understand that this is basic for any communication and in order to create trust. - About Globalpp.net administration they only exist online to our eyes, so we can not trust them.

We also want to explain our concern regarding some people using and taking the names of our members and foundation directors on their letters, posts and claims, On their incorrect assumptions regarding our non existent relation with Global Pension Plan, some people with no names and faces but mere forum nicknames have took and used our names to create stories, emulate profiles, name us as scammers etc. They appear to be doing that only looking to win some Internet discussions or mini wars at forums online, and continue to appear as if they were right all the time on its comments and statements. That people is not measuring consequences on their acts by damaging an organization image and its supporting members, they are just writing whatever they want in order to appear as the wisest person to its gang or group of friends but not seeing the real harm they are doing to our casue.

That is not fair and legal, that is doing nothing but attacking the wrong people and organization. That is simply finding someone innocent beside to throw its stones of anger, while they refuse themselves to see the reality here. Please focus your attention on the people that apparently is really deceiving you and not in our charitable members who have no more knowledge than you about this mess. Focus your efforts not in hurting a legit charity, but in finding the people that you have not been able to find or trace, that is hiding until now. We are open to everyone and we are not hiding anywhere!

Do not ruin those working daily to help those in need.. If you are a serious person with a good and honest heart help us to keep clean our charity name and its members or real supporters involved in our mission. We understand that this can happen because our Organization is the only one, that appear here as a real one, with real people names, addresses and telephone numbers to contact and talk to, and this is because we are honest people and we have nothing to hide, and it has always been the case.

We believe that our and your Foundation, The Children of Ecuador Foundation, CEF, a real charity is being abused right now for many people, our members being accused just for working and volunteering here, and thats is not fair. Our official Seal continue to be in misuse, sticked to that site (globalpp.net). Still we care about everyone out there and our Mission to help kids in need so we stand firm here in front of you with our hands clean.

There is not much that we can do as this people is covered in the web. This Global PP people appear to exist in the shadows only, and we simply have no way to solve this issue but we yes can help people again by providing our side of the story for everyone honest to know and understand what we are facing and have faced here.

We sincerely apologize for this situation, but we have done for several months all the efforts we can, to get our seal removed with no success. We thought that we where being approached for a real and serious business, now we believe we were not.

Please be aware of this situation and share this information wth any person interested in knowing about the situation we face. If you hold any information that could lead us to solve this matter please let us know by contacting us.
