thehawaiianmillionaire has copied and pasted from the Panamalaw website where they advocate an extremely dodgy way to obtain an anonymous debit card. The card is issued, not in your name, but in the name of a Guatamalean law firm (!) who also, conveniently, take care of your money for you.
Apart from the obvious illegality of such a procedure, designed, as it is, to outflank the KYC rules, security is minimal. It also comes at a hefty price.
Even more ludicrous is his suggestion that alternatively you could apply for a Guatamalean passport in another name, an even more expensive option.
How thehawaiianmillionaire relates this to the travails of GPP I fail to understand.
