I don't know much about this supposed lawsuit - Some things just don't add up - for one - if the attorneys believe there is this huge case waiting to be won - why don't they take the case on contingency? You know, when we win we'll keep 60% and give you guys the left overs... that's how most credible cases are taken...

...and what would 100 bucks per person do for them? - even if 500 people sent them 100 dollars that would only be $50,000, and anyone that's ever paid for legal work knows that doesn't go very far. Nowadays it can run $25,000+ just to write a comprehensive business plan - much less bring about some major international law suit.

The C&D orders won't really affect P*PS... who it will affect are P*PS Members that are soliciting the general public to join P*PS. In other words if you have a friend, neighbor, or relative, and you decide to tell them about P*PS - and they join... (especially if they buy P*CPAY from you) you may very well be breaking the law.

The only guarantee is that time will reveal all truths.

Today is July 23rd and having read the comments on today's forum I sense a real shift in mood, there is a palpable feeling of anger brewing.

Oh dear, I suppose this is inevitable given the total lack of information coupled with the prevention of the accessing of our funds by every method possible plus the loss of 5YTP and DBR with no refunds in sight.

I think members feel very locked out.

BM needs to instil some morale into the troops as fast as possible or I sense an uprising. He can only do that by giving us something worthwhile and belieavable.

As mentioned before two mini conventions are fast approaching -what on earth he is going to say to members when he addresses them in Belgium and San Diego. I think our American friends will give him an especially hard time and come to think if it many of us in the UK are none too impressed either.

I am not going to rant and rave because it is utterly pointless but to keep begging us to be patient is wearing a bit thin.

I can certainly relate to many I know and the PMs reveberating back through the PMs from the Main Forum are and occasionally, do tend to sound disheartening but all are seeking for some ray of light... and like you most on this forum, share the same boat that includes me too, though, I know the choice I took is one of my own making and I have as yet come to that situation...thankfully. 8)

There are stories bouncing around everywhere at the moment, some probably have a shread or two of truth about them, others are pure fiction.
Why on earth would Bryan, Gary, Warren etc post news on other forums and ignore the news section of the back office.
Go figure.

Why would Bryan and co. go to the trouble to provide more security and a general site up grade (when we already had a perfectly serviceable site) if he had "caving" in mind.
If he can just work his way around all the forces out there that resent little people successfully manipulating the capitalist system, we should be home free! Yes? No? :D :D

Apparently the problems with VAT being an American company could not be overcome. My guess is that Bryan has found a similar platform company somewhere else.

I too think Bryan is doing his best to solve the WD problems. In any case all we can do is hang on and keep the faith.
