I followed up with the Australian SEC. They said they were no longer investigating PIPS and that all further inquiries must go through the Malaysian SEC. I would post the email but I deleted it about a month ago. Feel free to call or email them yourself. You will get the same answer I did.

Question: Why is it that the Australian SEC is no longer investigating PIPS? Did you know that the first step in an investigation into an investment company is to contact the local (in this case Malaysian) SEC? If the Malaysian SEC said PIPS is in good standing then there would be no further investigation, case closed. Isn't it interesting how the rest of the so called "investigations" are no longer pursuing PIPS. I wonder why?

Try calling the Malaysian SEC. Ask them to give you some feedback on PIC Capital Ventures. This PIPS company is in their database and is in good standing as of June 2005. You will not find PIPS or Pure Investor in the database because these companies are not registered in Malaysia. Here is the link:

It has Pic Capital Ventures listed as a Registered Venture Capital Corporation as of 30/06/05. And GN as one of the Directors. 8)
