Thread: GOOD NEWS !!!

Believe me, I never thought I would be putting GOOD NEWS !!!! in the subject line. I just usually sit back and watch to see what happens, if anything. I have been in PIPS going on a year now and have not gotten one single penny yet... so my disbelief was up to 7 on a scale from 1-10.
Here is the GOOD NEWS !!! My son applied to PIPS Reality and after all the paper work was done...he was informed that PIPs Reality would be paying the mortgage payments starting August first. We sat back and waited to see what would happen... He got an email last week from his mortgage company stating that PIPs had wire transferred his mortgage payment for August... !!!!!!
Now if they would just Wire Transfer some money over to me... I would be happy too... LOL

If many more out there only realise, that there are more parts to the PIPS parcel that make it survive and will SURVIVE despite the current trepidations many are jumping into with "out of the box" conclusions.... hang on fellas, eventually, you will someday look back and realise, you were on the testboard by your own judgemental, hasty conclusions...I won't say who will regret more but it is certainly not BM for sure.
