    I have used the 48hour juice (Hollywood-juice). It's great and it works when you use it the right way. It's important to Zip it trough the whole day (every hour), drink a lot of water, take a walk, some easy exercise (not heavy), and be very careful about what you eat/calories the first few days after the 2 days of feasting. What you loose in weight won't get back - unless you start to eat a lot of food!

    It cleanses your body and reduces the "cravings". You can take the next 48hour juice after 2-4 weeks. Wich means it's possible to loose a few pounds every month. I have lost 4 kilos on two 48hour juices. Nice. Need to be careful about what I eat, but don't have to go on a strict diet.

    I have just bought Hoodia, but it may take from 2-14 days before it works, so I don't know yet. I got it from one of those certified companies in that link. Someone told me they had counted 75 fake Hoodia products.... It's sold a lot more Hoodia then grown/produced.....

    Good luck to you, nanni! I heard of something else lately that is quite revolutionary. It's called the healing codes and is good for just about everything. It can be helpful for weight loss, but is usually used for health and emotional things. Anyhow it is about how one inaccurate beliefs cause stress in the body (not the same as stressful events) and the system shows how to dissolve those beliefs which activates the immune system (if I am correctly explaining it). Anyhow, it's all almost ahead of the times but not... That is one thing I hope to check into soon, to help my mother with her body imbalances....
