I spend an hour and a half everyday walking and working out on the weights.

Have my goal in mind, but have not arrived yet!

I never use to but found that my energy was low. I had a machine, videos and a sweatsuit but not until I put them all together did it work for me. Not because I sweat I know I am doing something really good for my entire systems and I do my eclipitcal at a very easy pace for 1,000 rotations on Mon, Wed and Friday. This give me my days off and it is not too much to ask of myself.

On may 18th 2005, I weighed 303lbs. I started a diet of 1150 calories a day and I do cardio, three times a week. Today, November 23,2005 I weigh 225 lbs. I went from a size snug 48 waist to a 36 snug waist. I started back on regular food this week, but I am adding weight training in addition to my cardio. Until you all know what comes back I am wearing my brothers hand me downs cause I have to pull up my pants over my belly button to keep them up!!!LOL . Then I will buy new clothes.

wow Benzboy - wish it were me. I'm gaining instead of losing and have lost my motivation completely. I injured my knee, worry about finances, and eat out of boredome and to sooth I guess.

Wish I could get back to a routine but, I did, go to a gym for the first time in a long time this week and worked out on the weights and exercise bikes.

I have 50 lbs to lose.....gee. And I have no patience to do it overtime because I lose my motivation quickly so....guess I'll just have to decide to do it.

I admire you benzboy. Hope I can do the same.

    Cheers,

    bb
