Apollo Group, 2Q profit beat expectations. Profit for the quarter totaled $125.3 mln, or 77 cents per share, compared with a year-earlier loss of $32 mln, or 19 cents per share.

Ivanhoe Mines Ltd, posted a narrower quarterly loss helped by lower expenses. Co reports Q4 EPS of ($0.45) vs ($0.71) a year ago; revs of $3.0 mln vs $0.00 a year ago.

(FUL) - short
H.B. Fuller says 1Q profit shrank 66 percent. Co posted a profit of $6.1 mln, or 13 cents per share, a year ago the co earned $18.2 mln, or 32 cents per share.

(BW) - short
Brush Engineered Materials, lowered its first-quarter revenue outlook citing ongoing economic conditions. It is now forecasting first-quarter revenue of between $127 mln and $137 mln, down from a previous outlook of between $145 mln and $165 mln.

(CELG) - short
Co issues downside guidance; co sees Q1 revs of ~$600 mln vs $647.1 mln First Call consensus. The co expects to achieve results at the lower end of these ranges.
